Ulasan Bali Dive Resort and Spa

This was my second stay with this resort and diving. The room was clean and very comfortable. The service was good. The room I had had a pool just outside the room. The diving was very good. The dive guides had great eyes and did a great job finding things. They drove us to dove sites and got gear ready and did all lifting. The dive manager did a good job organizing the diving and guides for our group. The restaurant had good food and good service . The variety of food was good with both local and western selections. The spa onsite did a good job and is very affordable. They provide a good selection of services.

What a piece full place... it was out first visit to Tulamben and we just love the area. The hotel, the staff and Nicole the GM and Miikka the Diving instructor was all so helpful. A special thank you to Wayan our Dive instructor... we will most definitely be back.

Very good dive service for the local sites, the primary reason that we visited. Management were extremely helpful. Restaurant food was very good, we enjoyed it and as expected in Bali, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Excellent choices for breakfast. Room very comfortable and good swimming pool, however bathroom needs some maintenance/attention.

Beautiful large comfortable rooms with plenty of space for your travel items. Exceptional service at resort front desk, restaurant and grounds. Great dive equipment. Gorgeous location on a stunning black volcanic beach and Mt Agung at your doorstep.

Bali Dive Resort is the perfect place to stay while in Bali. Our bungalow was very comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful and are well maintained. The hotel staff was very accomodating, arranging transportation from the airport (it's about a 2 1/2 hour drive). The spa services are wonderful - a great way to relax in between diving and sight seeing. And the diving and dive guides are incredible. When we go back to Tulamben, we will definitely stay at Bali Dive Resort.

These property grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed some snacks and dinner with no complaints. Unfortunately, we had two orders of uncooked pancakes in the morning. We were diving that morning and had a second order of pancakes ordered but they were also uncooked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would come back again.

The complex is very nice, but be aware that next to the restaurant there are open air fires every day. This is not the fault of the hotel, however, it is a matter of great concern. I was there for one week and ate there every day, as there were no other restaurants nearby. We were able to eat without smoking only two times. Locals are burning their trash.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the villas are cozy, well equipped and have a great view! The pool and outdoor space is nice and spacious, and the team went out of their way to get us to all the dive sites we wanted to go to. I was recommended this gem of a resort by a friend and am so happy we stayed there. When walking around, we went by and saw some other hotels, which were not as nice by far. I will be back and can happily recommend. Thanks for everything to Nicole and team!

Just amazing place for anyone but especially for divers or people becoming one. Easy to reach but still very quiet and away from all the hassle. Clean and roomy rooms with really good beds and nice bathrooms. Diving is just great and sites easy to reach. Everything is handled professionally and instructors/divemasters know what they are diving. Restaurant has wide menu of all kinds of dishes with really reasonable prices. Tasty food! Staff in overall is very friendly and they will take care of you. Would recommend this ten times of ten.

First off. The staff and people running the place are amazing. They're super accommodating. I like to do photography, so they helped me arranged photography diving. When I wanted to dive with my companion, they arranged a more chill and sight seeing type of dive. It's really whatever you want. Nico and staff also make transport to and from the airport super easy which is great because it's nice to be able to step off the plane and be able to easily find the driver. Overall a great place. I will be back for sure.

I hesitate to write this. If you are a regular there, it looks like the service is great. But for us, we arrived late and the desk staff was... just ok. Not that welcoming. The next morning, the restaurant staff was, not that welcoming. And the dive staff... so indifferent and unfriendly, we did not feel comfortable diving with them. I spoke with the head dive instructor. He was somewhat apologetic. But did not seem too concerned. Later, the dive manager came over to me to ask what happened. She apologized, but also didn't seem that concerned. She blamed the locals and their attitude. But neither of the managers did anything to try to get us to dive with them. And I specifically told her I was not looking for any freebies. But she was like, "I understand you going somewhere else."

Very nice bungalows clean and functional. Good restaurant nice staff and good food was served with fresh fruits and vegetables. Poolarea very satisfying. Spa center was very good with offering à LOT of different treatments and nice staff. Very good divecenter with experienced instructors and guides. The beach in front of the resort is dirty and not so nice. The smoke of everydays fire was sadly disturbing. Maybe some more activities had been desired eg Yoga, gym even also some more engagement from the resort about your expetations of your visit.

Ever walk into a fantasy and realize it's your resort room. That's this place. Staff are wonderful, location excellent, just a wonderful place to never leave, which we didn't, except to dive. Did i mention the staff? They really are great.

Beutiful place and super staff in the dive resort! Particularly the wreck dives were amazing! Bungalows were spacious and clean. We had dinners there as well every night and food was good. Pool was big and deep.
