This villa is amazing It has so beautiful sunset view 😍 I love it so much 😍 Every room has their own private pool. Im so happy to stay here🫰👍 Thankyou so much 👍

It wasn't what I was expecting. The location is far from all the hot spots. The room was rather uncomfortable due to the temperature and insects biting me while sleeping and awake. The website stated there was a bar and there was not one. It was a pretty setting and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This hotel needs to update their website. There was no Wi-Fi in the bedrooms only in the lobby. Which was a really PAIN. No transfers as advertised, my travel agent had to organise private transfers. No shuttle buses to the shops. The onsite restaurant was only serving breakfast to the room and choices were very limited. No lunch or dinner was being offered. The toiletries were only shampoo, liquid body wash and shower cap. I know a lot of these issues are because of Covid and the hotel not being fully booked, but the management MUST update the website so guests are aware what is currently available and not available. However all the staff at the resort including the Manager Agus and the receptionist were ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. All of our requests and queries were attended to with a smile.
