My child absolutely loved the heated Ondol room. We stayed for 4 days and were very satisfied. The hygiene was clean and tidy, and there were many great food options nearby. It's also very close to the airport, as well as Lotte Duty Free and Shilla Duty Free. The front desk staff member (小哥哥) spoke Chinese. As an independent traveler with a language barrier, I encountered a situation where the driver didn't understand even with a translation app. I used WeChat to ask for help communicating with the driver about our destination, and they were incredibly helpful! Many thanks 🙏 I highly recommend this place for its excellent service.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the cleanliness and service are excellent. There aren't many dining options nearby. The room rate is affordable, offering great value for money. Definitely recommend it.

1. The location is excellent, very close to Baojian-ro and the Grand Hyatt. Baojian-ro is more interesting than Chilseong-ro, with plenty of food and shopping options. I spent most of my time at ABC Mart and Olive Young. Being near the Grand Hyatt was great because I could go to the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) there. You can get a discount by scanning with WeChat or Alipay. It was perfect for relieving fatigue after a day of exploring. 2. The room was generally clean, but during peak season, you might want to double-check the sheets. With more guests, cleaning might not be as thorough, so you can always contact the front desk to get the sheets changed. This place is often fully booked, so if you want to stay, book early. For this price and location, it's excellent value for money. 3. There are many convenience stores nearby, and you can use both WeChat and Alipay. I enjoyed trying different instant foods, drinks, and coffee every day. 4. There are three notable specialty restaurants within walking distance. The 24-hour Jipbul Gamjatang (Jeju Nohyeong branch) has an owner who speaks Chinese and is friendly. The gamjatang (pork bone soup) can be a bit spicy, but it's a Korean kind of spicy. My child, who can't handle any spice, ate it without a problem. A small portion of gamjatang and a pork cutlet is enough for one adult and one child. Next up is Shin Jungang BBQ, known for its Jeju black pork. The staff will grill the meat for you, just be careful not to order too much. Lastly, Gimbap Cheonguk (Gimbap Heaven) – I highly recommend their tuna gimbap and tofu soup; both were delicious from my experience. 5. You can walk to the duty-free shop, or take a taxi. Taxis are quite expensive though. You can now use the Ubee mini-program to hail a taxi, but I don't understand why taxis here don't stop when you flag them down.

I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it was absolutely fantastic! In the morning, there was a kind older gentleman, and in the afternoon, an oppa who spoke Chinese. Both of them were incredibly nice. Since I was traveling alone, the gentleman saw me sitting in the lobby an hour early and kindly checked me into my room. The oppa could even help with ordering takeout. The bed was super soft, and it's very close to Olive Young and Daiso. There are also many convenience stores nearby. It was such a great experience, I'll definitely come back next time! ❤️

We booked a twin room and the environment exceeded our expectations. Upon entering, there's a small entryway for changing shoes. The toilet in the bathroom is smart, and the hot water comes quickly. The room also has a computer, TV, refrigerator, and even an air purifier. The air conditioning works great, and the bedding is very clean. The front desk staff member is Chinese, so communication was no problem at all, and he was very friendly. The hotel is located in the city center, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making transportation very convenient. There are also many convenience stores nearby, and both Lotte and Shilla duty-free shops are within walking distance. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay! Highly recommend!

This place offers great value for money, and the owner is really nice. The location is especially fantastic, making it super convenient to explore the city center, and there are buses readily available for other attractions. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, and all the essential facilities were provided. Even traveling solo, I felt very safe here.

The hotel is good, decently priced and location is amazing

The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful, and could communicate in basic English. However, every room had hair in it 😂. There was hair on the duvet in the underfloor heated room, and also on the bed and floor in the main bedroom 😂. The location is pretty good though, very convenient for shopping around.

The hotel is quiet and the room is clean. The underfloor heating is very comfortable. It's also conveniently located for getting around. You can walk to both duty-free shops and Baojian Street in about ten minutes. There's a bus stop not far away, making it easy to get to the airport and Dongmun Market.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt, and after checking out with a late flight, we booked a tatami room here. A few of us played cards, and it was affordable and reasonably clean. Pretty good!

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is relatively clean. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and the power outlets are a bit temperamental. But overall, it's excellent value for money.

The grandparents at the front desk were incredibly nice, and there was even a receptionist who spoke Chinese. The grandpa even asked if I wanted coffee and poured a cup for me from the coffee area! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable; I slept soundly every night, and there was no noise! I could sleep without earplugs! I left my umbrella on the bus, and the front desk even helped me call the bus depot. Overall, no complaints!
