Even after waiting for over 20 minutes, the issue persisted, and Ayu insisted on extra charges for a room with a functioning air conditioner. Fortunately, a helpful manager intervened, understanding the situation and upgrading me to a room with a working air conditioner. Additionally, when I asked for a breakfast box before check-out, my request was overlooked, and on March 9, the breakfast service was not buffet-style as usual. Despite asking the server to refill the juice and bread toast, she refused and attempted to charge me extra.
