Service is good

The service was nothing short to incredible. The staff was always very friendly and willing to help with the transportation and questions. The food was a decent price and had good taste. I decided to travel alone so I feel like this hotel is more meant for couple / family getaways.

Один из самых очаровательных отелей на Бали, из тех, что расположены на склонах джунглей. Нам повысили категорию номера. Постель удобная, текстиль чистый и ароматный, персонал максимально внимателен. Очень много прекрасных деталей в номере, мебель деревянная резная, авторские светильники. большая ванная комната, вода в стекле, халаты, тапочки, качественный набор гелей и шампуней. Отель большой , три бассейна точно насчитали, еще и у каждой виллы свой чистый бассейн. Очень вкусные свежие завтраки. От отеля в центр ходит шатл.

ベッドは大変心地よいですが、ソファや椅子は使いづらいです。バスルームと繋がっていて熱気や湿気が入ってくるので、設計が疑問です。 あとところどころ工事中で結構騒音がしました。 クプクㇷ゚バロンのスパやプール、レストランを活用すれば快適度は上がります。

This is gereat stay in ubud with a jungle view Everything was good, sefvice, clean, rooftoop pool. Our room was exquisite with jungle view very beautiful..... staff was very helpfull and welcoming... we had very happy to choose this hotel, we will certainly return very soon

first and foremost, let me say that Ardana was the greatest help we’ve received in Ubud. He really is the best guy around. The facility was in great shape. Breakfast was also very very delightful. This resort really makes you feel like you’re a part of the jungle/forest. All in all, it was a phenomenal stay. I would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience on my holiday , here at Kupu Kupu Barang & Jungle Retreat Hotel .The room was incredible big , with a large terrace , faced towards "the jungle" Staff was absolutely incredible , and I would like to mention and to express , special thanks , to Mr. Ngurah , Front Desk Manager at Kupu Kupu Barong , for his very professional and kind service , in a considerate and friendly way. I had a very minor issue , which was solved immediately, by him , with his staff. He is indeed a professional. I would also want to mention , the excellent selection of food and beverages at "La View Restaurant " and Pool Bar . And , on top of everything, the great experience, at Mango Tree SPA , an incredible Balinese full body massage, definitely reccomand it !

Our stay was good, the hotel was located in a beautiful place, nice set up, check in was too much delayed, almost 30 mins we were asked to wait in three different places (parking area, kupu kupu barong reception and then jungle retreat reception, swimming pool in the terrace is very small, they have 4 restaurants but there is no room service available, complimentary buffet breakfast was good but limited varieties of recipes, plug points weren't working, unable to charge our phone, it is 90 min drive from airport, anything and everything is expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in bali, which were cheaper than this kupu kupu barong. I paid a lot of money for staying but it was not worth the money i paid. We can find cheaper and good hotels nearby localities. I never want to stay again at the jungle retreat by kupu kupu barong.

We spent one week in Ubud. The atmosphere was lovely thanks to the kindness of the staff who took care of us a lot in every situation. The food was really good, especially local doshes, and the barbecue chef made a great job! We suggest the menu “à la carte”. We had 2 organised tours around the Kintamani area, the rice terraces of Jatiluwih and the local temples. We are so gratefull for the company of Edhy who was our guide. We appreciated so much his suggestions for local restaurants, shops and spa. Valentina and Mariano.

Hôtel magnifiquement situé avec une vue sur la jungle exceptionnelle! Personnel très bienveillant et sympathique. Chambres raffinées compris salle de bains avec produits de beauté à disposition. J’en m’ai pas mis 5/5 car la piscine au roof top, très agréable au passage n’a plus de poil bar et c’est dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter d’une vue incroyable en se baignant et de ne pas pouvoir boire un cocktail ou autres. Wifi n’a toujours fiable. Hormis ces détails, le séjour fut remarquable.
