My wife and I came from the United States, and I felt a little scared. When I came here, every staff made me feel warm and secure, especially for foreigners like us. The room was very clean, especially the room was cleaned very warmly, like my neighbor in the United States, very quiet but comfortable, the mattress was very comfortable, and I was jet-lagged. You can have a good rest during the day, the room has everything, washing machine, kitchen, and you can borrow kitchenware, very thoughtful, it makes me very moved

The location is near by sanlitun shopping mall, 7-10mins short walk to the MRT station. The sound insulation is not so well, but I can sleep tight with ear plug, as the bed and pillow are nice. The receptionist is helpful, he helped me to call a taxi to airport, because it can be troublesome for foreigner to use the taxi app in China.

Nice common area with microwave and all needed to whip up a quick meal. Good coffee machine which make good coffee. Room is bright and well lighted. There's 5 parking space outside the hotel. After check out, you can store your luggage at the front desk if needed.

Good location, first time come to here, we got an excellent service. I will come again in the future.

Service of this hotel is fantastic with super attentive front desk which helped me to resolve delivery issue during my arrival. Amenities provided in the room such as washing machine and dryer with detergent are also designed for travellers who stayed for long period of time. Overall pleasant experience and will stay here again during my next visit.

I do not understand the positive reviews. This place is a total disaster. The room is tiny, the desk is uncomfortable and not suitable for people taller than 180cm and the worst is this: THE SOUND INSULATION IS TERRIBLE. OTHER GUESTS CAN EAVESDROP ON THE (PHONE) CONVERSATIONS IN YOUR ROOM. The hotel readily admitted it to me and even told me to stop using my phone in the room (I was speaking at a normal voice and just chatting with my parents). Unbelievable. Really dangerous if I had been on a business call for example. Shocking! Ich verstehe die positiven Bewertungen absolut nicht. Dieser Ort ist eine einzige Katastrophe. ANDERE GÄSTE KÖNNEN JEDERZEIT DEN (TELEFON) GESPRÄCHEN IN DEINEM ZIMMER LAUSCHEN. Das Hotel hat dies sogar zugegeben und mir geraten, mein Telefon nicht im Zimmer zu verwenden (ich sprach in normaler Lautstärke und unterhielt mich nur mit meinen Eltern). Einfach unglaublich. Das wäre extrem gefährlich gewesen, hätte ich ein Geschäftsgespräch geführt. Erschreckend! 我实在无法理解这些正面评价。这个地方简直是灾难。房间小得可怜，书桌非常不舒服，对于身高超过180厘米的人来说完全不适合。最糟糕的是：隔音效果极差。其他客人可以随时偷听你房间里的（电话）对话。酒店甚至承认了这一点，并告诉我不要在房间里使用电话（我当时只是正常音量和父母聊天）。真是难以置信。如果我当时正在进行商务通话，那将极其危险。震惊！

Right smack in the middle of the popular area for youngsters with loads of shopping malls and food areas to choose from. Hotel is a little hard to find at first but it is most definitely very clean and secure. Only down side is the jam along the main roads. Staff are really nice and friendly, and actually allowed me to check out a little later. Definitely a great place to stay.

Hard to find but fairly central. Was a good decent stay with 24/7 reception. Coffee and drinks included with a communal area, good for solo travellers.
