Booked for 2 nights but checked out the after spending one night. Photos online and actual room condition is very different. The hotel is very rundown, mold and water stain is very displeasing and affect our honeymoon mood. We dont enjoy staying in the room at all. Only thing that was good was their service: welcome drinks, lounge access (things inside has nothing to shout about) and daily dolce gustox2 (but we're not coffee drinkers). Manager offered to change room but we have decided to checkout without trying after seeing similar comments. Burned 1 night and there's no partial compensation.

Friendly service, good breakfast, and the best room for families. Free suite lounge was a surprise. But the location and outside are not good.

Room is wide, service is marvelous. Smooth check in and out. Just that the hotel along the corridor abit run down, and the room toilet need to do some maintenance. The water is quite slow. Overall the room itself is quite clean and spacious suitable for family stay

We stay two nights, the were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was so delicious, the room was big and comfortable, over all me and my wife were happy to stay there.

Booked this room for my parents while we stayed in the suite room (for 4 pax). This room is hugh and bed was comfy for my parents. The only thing to improve on is probably to refurbish the toilet - commented by my aged parents.

Amazing location, 10 mins from the airport and 10 mins to the beach. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The hotel amenities are exceeding expectations. Many thanks to the staff for setting up the room secretly after discussing with my partner and giving me a huge surprise. Thank you and would definitely come back again.
