3* hotel with a good location inside the city, great if you have a business in the area and need a budget stay. There were some minuses like a smelly and a really old armchair in our room, the fridge wasn't cooling anything and electric teapot was leaking a bit. But what was really exeptional is the service. From the front desk staff to the poolside bar and housekeeping workers, every single person was super polite, friendly and extra helpful. Those people made us feel like a really special treasured guests. 3* property with a 10* staff!

The Quest San Hotel Denpasar Bali by Aston, this hotel has a convenient location to the Airport and Kuta and has good quality rooms at a reasonable price. 20 min drive to the Airport and 25 min by Bike to Kuta Beach. The rooms are good and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here at the Quest - Bali.

My colleague had forgotten her laptop in the room. The hotel called to inform us that we were on the way to the airport. Good service and swift action.

Good. But in my booked room there is no slippers

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

The stay was good and it is worth for the price.

Ac was not cold enough so we complained and we were moved to another room which was colder, but I think they need to recheck the ac in all rooms. Towels n linens were good.

Point plus (+) Kamar bersih, luas, toilet juga lumayan luas, internet wifi kencang, amenities lengkap, stop kontak banyak jadi ga takut kehabisan daya Point minus (-) -Kamar bau pengap, -dapet hal yang kurang mengenakkan : Setelah check-in masuk kamar sekitar pukul 22.15, tiba-tiba bag. house keeping hampir masuk kamar saya, minimal di ketuk dulu pintunya lgsg mau masuk dan akhirnya minta maaf si HK ny -breakfast biasa saja -sinyal Internet data seluler provider Telk*ms*l, B*y.U Edge signall, jadi yaa pakai wifi dari hotel Overall menginap disini cukup memuaskan, hanya saja poin minusnya mungkin bisa di evaluasi dari pihak hotel yaa, terimakasih 🙏
