The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated with Balinese style, with all the basic facilities that a traveller would need. All service staff are friendly there, always welcome me with a big smile. Location is not the best but you get the peaceful environment as compared to staying in town area, plus point is the hotel provides hourly shuttle service to town :)

Just a relaxing place, even though it is kinda quiet area, no convenient store around, but they provide shuttle service, and it’s really easy to call Gojek bike there. It’s not a big deal. I really enjoyed my stay☺️

A perfect hotel in every way – location, rooms, cleanliness, and staff. We felt so good that words fall short of expressing it. An excellent hotel. All the staff are amazing, each and every one of them helpful and friendly. But there’s one in particular, Mr. Koming, who is a truly wonderful person.

Very nice room with a private pool looking out at the forest. Dessert and welcome drink on arrival was very nice. Shuttle service to Ubud palace every hour til like 10PM. Worker at the lobby and the entire facility are friendly and always willing to help. It was definitely a very pleasant experience staying at this villa. There were two things that can improve on. The door can use a new lock. Even when we lock the door (from outside). The door can still be pushed open. And there are some mosquitos in the room and some ants and bugs crawling but mostly outside the room.

Great service and breakfast. Love the staff. Very peaceful and forest-like. The only small complaint is not about the hotel so much. It's location is a bit far and there was a ceremony so our taxi couldn't reach it so we had to walk in the rain. Oh, and the room smells wet, but I guess it's for every hotel there. Otherwise it was perfect.

Place hide out from street .quite and secluded.. breakfast was amazing. We extended our stay two more nights. stuff so polite and friendly . Spot and massage great option dinner was tasty. We ll back again.

Speechless. Beautiful beyond words. What u see is what u get. Great ala carte breakfast. Very good customer service. Ive tried the balinese massage which is so good. Thank for your wonderful stay. I will definitely come back for more.

I love the pool in the hotel is really nice and you can see the terraced fields from hotel. Location is really good and close to the royal palace. Good!

TOO MANY MOSQUITOS!! I booked a two bedroom villa with private pool, and all day long i could see mosquitos buzzing around the house. Mosquito coils, repellents, mosquito nets, you named it, despite all these my daughter still had 7 bites on her face. Location isnt fantastics, no attractions nearby. Saving grace is that there's a Circles K right beside the villa, and hourly free shuttle to-and-fro Ubud Center. Staff were extremely welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous; 5-course with tea/coffee + juice + appetizer + main course + dessert. Some ridigity in the villas payment mechanism: i had added an extra child breakfast during check-in for the next 3 days, but after day 1, discovered it was too much food, however the villa wouldnt let me cancel and refund the next 2 days', citing because it had already been entered in their accounting system.

Will definitely stay here again…just far enough away from city center..hourly shuttle to city center…I had a private pool villa and loved it..so quiet and serene…breakfast was excellent…staff are very attentive…close to a minimart if you need snacks
