The staff were nice 🩷 and provided all services, but the room we were in had many strange animals that came out at night. However, the staff changed our room.

Nestled in a remote, mountainous area, there are no proper restaurants nearby, only small, family-run eateries that serve terrible food! It's a wilderness out here. The hotel itself has a strange odor, and when I told the owner, they sprayed some air freshener, which only made it worse. The room has a top-mounted showerhead that was so dirty I didn't dare use it, and they couldn't change the filter. The bottled water is tiny, and if you refill it after brushing your teeth, you get charged. Everything costs extra here. Awful, awful, awful.

The environment is great, and the staff are warm and friendly. The room is very spacious, offering a peaceful stay. I was in a rush, but they still packed breakfast for me, which was wonderful! 👍

Overall, everything is good. The territory is large and well-maintained, but there are some nuances. Even though there are separate bungalows, noise from neighbors can be heard, including conversations at normal volume. The roosters are annoying, crowing every morning.

Everything was super clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. The food was delicious and the location was great.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this place!

This room was booked last minute. The original customized private tour was supposed to be a West Nusa Penida trip during the day, with an overnight stay on Nusa Lembongan. However, since it was cloudy that day and the forecast for the next day was clear, I requested a change in itinerary to visit Nusa Lembongan first, then return to Nusa Penida for an overnight stay. This way, I could get to Kelingking Beach before 8:30 AM the next day, avoiding the crowds. The travel agency said the Nusa Lembongan accommodation couldn't be canceled, but I didn't care. I found this hotel, which cost around 300 RMB a night, just to make do for one night. We actually stayed in a four-person room, which was very spacious. The facilities were a bit old, and the towels looked quite dirty, but luckily, we brought our own disposable towels. The hotel environment was nice; you could relax by the pool. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, and I could hear animal noises throughout the night. The breakfast was good; they packed it for us at the front desk when we checked out at 7:30 AM, and even gave each of us two hard-boiled eggs.

The resort itself is nice. Breakfast is really good and the pool area is well maintained. The huts are beautiful, but as it's close to the road, it's quite loud. In addition, the blinds don't block out the sunshine, so we didn't sleep very well and long. It's a 15 minutes drive to the main town, but only 5-10 minutes to the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. However, due to the location (and the bad roads on Nusa Penida), I would stay somewhere more central next time.

the roads are also steep and uneven on Penida. At the hotel there is a lovely restaurant with a wide range of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The rooms are spacious and clean and are cleaned daily by the attentive staff. The walls are very thin so you can hear noises from the outside and other people next door late at night. The pool has a warning notice that the level of chlorine has caused some swim suits to change colour. The hotel offers tours to different beaches for the day trip for around 900rupiah. Location: Situated 25 minutes drive from Banjar Nyuh port. A 45-hour trip by boat from Nusa Penida Sanur port. Accessibility to transportation: Need to arrange a taxi in advance to arrive at the port. Activities in the area: You can book tours to the beaches with hotel. You can dive by Banjar Nyuh port with Manta dive.
