Very good hotel with great services

Perfect place for family vacation! Clear and clean sea water, beautiful beach. Amazing and very helpful staff. We had a great week!

I would highly recommend this Hotel to my family and friends, especially their Top Rated Customer Service compare to other 5-Class Resorts & Hotels. My wife and I really love how they took care of their customers with opening hands with warmth. Apart from that, the besides Oasis Pool Ombra Bra and Sea Shack Restaurants food are delicious. we had a really good time after swimming at the sea and pool.

The hotel structure, facilities, and rooms are truly five-star standards. The vibe makes it feel like you are in Korea, there are too many Koreans, and not that so diverse. So if you want to feel more on the island with different ethnicities this is not the hotel I would recommend. Also lack of staff in the lobby to receive the guest.

Very quiet as it is far from city centre. Not so convenient as you need to take car to go convenient store.

If you are looking to experience very quiet time, there, you should definitely book a room with club access.  Staffs at the club are very kind and attentive, and especially the pool at the club is way more quiet and enjoyable for adults.

The stay was flawless and awesome! Couldn’t find any fault with it! Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, Director of F&B Mr Thor was very professional in seeking customers experience by going around and seeking for feedbacks. Service was fast and food was very delicious! We tried everything from restaurant Sea Shack! Room was cozy n view was spectacular, cleanliness was done well, every area around the property was sparkling clean! Never disappointed to stay with IHG group! Highly recommended for travellers who needs a short escape from city to stay at Intercontinental Phu Quoc

Cleanliness does not meet 5 star standards Washroom shower door broken. Water leaks to whole bathroom soaking entire floor area Elevator stinks. Smells like a swamp. Shower and toilet area is not very clean. They need refurnish it or or do a deep clean. Beach is filthy. Trash everywhere. Very dangerous to be barefoot. Buffet flies everywhere around the food selection

The hotel is slightly further from town but nearer to all activities to the south. The room is lovely and spacious, and the buffet spread is luxurious. Plenty of activities are available within the hotel too. Will come back again!

Great resort for family! My kids had so much fun here they didn’t want to leave.

Hotel is amazing. Service is very good. Got upgraded to a large flat for a little more. Nice pool. Fun kids pool. Beach is a bit choppy. Food is also good. But there is no shop or restaurant around.
