A very beautiful and calm setting, both inside and outside the hotel. It’s not a large hotel but provides all the basic necessities. They also offer irons and international adapters that can be borrowed.

Very good location as it's very quiet and there are enough nice restaurants nearby for you to hang out at night.

The staff's very nice and friendly. The room's quite big and clean. Good place for the vacation.

В целом отель приятный. Но не очень качественное постельное белье. Синтетика. Обычно на Бали с этим нет проблем тут были удивлены.

房間挺大，乾乾淨淨的，周圍都是綠植，住着很愜意，泳池水温的，下去不會覺得涼。早餐是點餐制，味道還不錯，不足的是第二天的水果不夠新鮮，有一點不滿意的是房間裏的小噴壺，我們沒有注意到入住時它是否在房間，但前台説丟失了讓我們做出了賠償，因為沒有看到，而賠償很冤枉

Хороший, тихий отель, находится немного в стороне от основной дороги. В шаговой доступности отличный кроссфит зал, есть места где можно вкусно покушать

All the staff was excellent, very helpful. Always ready to help. This is a very beautiful and comfortable place. Quite and serene. We had breakfast included in our booking. Restaurant staff was very helpful, suggested us the local dishes. The place was very clean and hygienic. Novita, the manager and the restaurant staff, Koming, Boby and wins not only looked after us very well for six days but also answered many questions about Bali and especially Ubud. Though it's away from the city centre, it costs only 5AUD to most of the attractions. They also offer free transport every morning that drops at Rama Phala their sister Resort, next to Monkey Forest. We will be back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

Everything was good from room to bathroom and staff , they were were cooporative to the guests. Novita ( receptionist) was very humble and cooporative................... U strongly recommend everyone to visit this place, they also provide the bus(shuttle) for the local visit ...

Fantastic place to stay. Staff so friendly and accomodating. The room is very clean and comfortable. Facilities and pool were first class. Food was so good! Especially the fresh fruit at breakfast. I will absolutely stay here again next time.

Everything was amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Novita was especially helpful with arranging trips and at check out. Massages were lovely. Overall beautiful quiet location not far from the center of Ubud. Will definitely be back.

I loved my stay at Radha Phala. Radha Phala is a gem, made so by the very special people working there. "Serving there" would be a better description. I have yet to meet an unkind Balinese, but those working here are exceptional. Starting with Ms Novita who greeted me when I checked in to those who worked in the restaurant to those who cleaned the rooms and serviced the grounds. I was actually sad to leave. It is a little out of town if touring central Ubud is your thing ergo the 4 stars for locagtion. Again, a journey down any of the side streets and you'll find wonderful restaurants, cafes and beautiful grounds right near by.
