The location is very strategic, the staff are very polite, the facilities are complete, and the vibes are great. However, the food menu could be more varied, but everything tastes delicious. 🥰

We have nothing to complain but the service is top notch. The location was strategic. There is a minimart right by the hotel. Although it has bar on the rooftop, the music didn't effect us at all as it is not noisy

Had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and we had a cosy stay! Beach is just across the hotel and it is just minutes walk to the morning market and shopping mall. Many little restaurants around the area. If you are hungry at night, able to grab food from the convenient stalls around. Will be back!

Great lockation near Kuta beach. A lot of surf spots are there. Good view from a pool on the top floor.

They upgraded us to the Bigger room, That’s was quite surprised and satisfied as well. The Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is enjoyable with the environment. Good place to stay if you’re on a budget and love cozy & super clean room ＜3

The location is really good. Kuta beach is right on the other side of the street. A la carte breakfast is provided, taste is really good. But it takes forever to get your breakfast on your table. They also have a rooftop bar that you can use to have dinner and enjoy the sunset as well as watching people surfing in the ocean. One thing that bothers me is that the in room air-conditioning is too strong and makes me feel almost too cold to sleep, and i wouldnt be able to adjust the temperature. I had to turned it off eventually.

Great location and clean. Staff helpful. One limitation is the hotel wants you to use their app to talk to them, but they don't respond. Had to keep going to front desk when needed. All food good. Ripcurl surf school on premises also good.

Not the best choice. breakfast is very limited. no buffet. and limits on every things.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was just a stone's throw from the beach and walking distance from some wonderful places to eat and convenient modern shopping malls.. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived and had a charming cool vibe about them and the place. I would happily stay here again if I was going to stay for longer in Bali and use it as a base from which to explore further afield

Excellent location. The reception was helpful and professional. All staff members were friendly. Always wore a smile that made guests feel good every minute. The room was well furnished. A lot of vibes at the rooftop pub. A value-for-money choice for solo travellers.

A 5 star rating is for the General Manager of this hotel. He was quite responsive to the guests' email. I can tell he always did his best to cater to guests. He even upgraded our room for free, which was very kind of him :) Another 5 star rating is for the guy at the reception on Sunday night as he was very friendly and hospitable. He always wore a big smile on his face. Our room was new and clean. An iron was provided and the ironing board was already set up upon our arrival. We got a nice goody bag with snacks as well :) We grabbed a lunch at the hotel restaurant (i.e. Street 32) on the last day of our stay. When it comes to the food quality, it depends on what sort of food you order. We ordered 'Mac n Cheese' (braised beef ragout) and Tori Katsu ramen. The former one was pretty good but the latter one was way too salty, especially the egg. It was very salty to the extent that I couldn't finish the whole dish. On the last day of our stay, we had asked the receptionists to book a taxi for us cos we would go to the airport and they did. We had enjoyed our stay at the hotel UNTIL we were checking out at the reception. Whilst we were checking out of the hotel, a female receptionist asked us whether we had used the mini bar. We answered 'no'. Then, the receptionist told us to wait for 5 minutes cos she had to ask her colleague to go to our room and ensure that we did not use the mini bar! WHAT?!! Apparently she didn't believe us! To be honest, never had I experienced something like this at other hotels! What's even worse, our taxi driver had already arrived whilst we were waiting for the staff to check the mini bar in our room. This just ruined our stay at this hotel! IMHO, guests always want faster and smoother checkout. So please save your team time and speed things up for your guests.
