Room condition and amenities did not look like the photos they show at all. The king size bed is fake news too. Weird stains on sofa, wall and bed sheets and dirty floor when we checked in is horrible. Very good customer service and friendly staffs save the day!

Very recommended!🤩🤩🤩 All of their staff especially the receptionists who assisted us were very helpful ,friendly and competent. Deserved extra bonus😄 Renting a motorbike also very easy with affordable price. The room is spacious, clean and i enjoyed the free foot bath and the view from our window was splendid!! We will definitely come again.

Прекрасно расположенный отель. Шикарные виды из окна. Просыпаться и видеть долину в солнечных лучах - просто сказка. Недалеко от автовокзала (15 минут ходьбы). То есть такси не нужно совсем. Номер убирали каждый день. Так же обновляют маленькие радости (щетки, кофе, воду и тд). Везде очень чисто. Банные принадлежности все есть (гели, шампунь и тд. очень хорошего качества) Персонал очень приветливый. Всегда помогут и расскажут, что необходимо. Байки в отеле есть по разумной цене. Берите сразу. В Далате покататься обязательно стоит. Единственный минус - завтраки. Они есть, но довольно специфичны. Думаю не всем подойдут. Часть завтрака была в отеле, а часть самостоятельно докупали (например выпечку с кофе) Место очень рекомендую. Особенно тем, кто любит природу и делать красивые фотографии.

The room has a beautiful view the pine forest. Whether it's watching the sunset or sunrise, it's always stunning. Located in an alley with many barbecue restaurants at night. The young staff are attentive and considerate to guests. The rooms are suitable for the price. There is a breakfast buffet with a decent selection of dishes. The hotel is also in the city center, making it easy to get around. The valley view is very chill; the scenery is beautiful in both sunny and rainy weather. I will return if I have the chance.

The hotel boasts stunning views, with its classical architecture and interior design providing an excellent backdrop for photography. There's a communal area where families can gather to chat, and a patio at the entrance adds to the charm. What stood out for me was the youthful yet highly professional staff, who were attentive and accommodating throughout my three-day stay. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking scenery right from my bed. I would definitely return on my next visit to Dalat.

Quiet Hotel with Lovely Views and Enthusiastic Staff, Surrounded by Many Restaurants and Cafes. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. However, it is located somewhat deep within the street and parking is outside. A plus for The Gate is its spacious view and its location opposite La Phong tourist area. I stayed there for two nights and received a lot of help from the friendly staff, making it a memorable stay. I couldn't withdraw cash with my Shinhan card, but thanks to the staff, I managed to get some cash for my trip. I will definitely return here and recommend it to friends.

Our family trip lasted 5 days and 4 nights with 5 people daying at The Gate Hotel in Da Lat. Each room was of the same size, featuring a common area for family gatherings and a terrace at the entrance. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking, and dining utensils were provided as wll. What made The Gate Boutique particularly satisfying was its friendly staff, proficient in English. We traveled from Nha Trang to Da Lat by limousine and arrived at night, quite exhausted, but the staff warmly welcomed us. They were ready to address any immediate or urgent needs. In fact, the next day, when we were confused because we could'nt find a Grab Taxi, I asked the staff to call a taxi for us, and we were able to return to the city center immediately. I am very grateful for the staff prompt and friendly service. The afternoon staff had informed us beforehand that she could arrange a taxi to the bus station for our return trip to Nha Trang. The staff meticulously checked for any inconveniences our stay. Overall, the hotel's location was excellent, close to many goood restaurents, attractions, and the Go Da Lat supermarket. The hotel is near the road and residential houses, so one might hear traffic noise and barking dogs, but considering the value, I was very satisfied. I especially recommend this place if you are traveling with family.
