Excellent accommodation for a family with two kids. The room was clean and the breakfast very affordable. I would be back!

This place is beautiful. I love places with traditional character instead of these cookie cutter style hotels. Located on a busy road but it’s so tucked away you don’t even know it’s there. Staff was very nice. One of them picked us up from the airport (45-60mins away) after 1am! Messaged us nightly to have breakfast (included) arranged at the time and location of our choice. I loved that. They brought breakfast to my front porch every morning it was so peaceful and relaxing. Pool was a decent size and deceivingly deep. When we arrived they did not have the rooms that we requested when we booked on Trip so if you’re locked into a specific room, I suggest book with them directly if possible. Even tho they didn’t have our rooms, we ended up being happy with the ones they did have us in. They did apologize upon checkout but I’d already forgot about that. The room was clean but the decor was pretty dusty. But I guess most people don’t even notice that stuff but I do.

The hotel is beautiful,breakfast is good, extra charge$30 for children staying even we share bed ,in other same level hotel, we only pay extra breakfast . It is really a mistake to book by Trip for this one, cause the girl can't find our booking and keep doubting and asking me to contact with trip.com myself in late evening after a long journey to Ubud with my young daughter with serious car sick standing in front of the window long , while the lady sitting keep blaming my coming here, it is totally ridiculous feeling like why you bother me by booking our hotel , you should not be here, cause I can't find your booking, you can't stay cause you didn't pay us, anyway you are not welcome! the girl keeped me standing almost half an hour keeping convince me :we have no guest check in today, I can't find your booking, or you find Trip yourelf?even I showed my booking infos to her, even which is more expensive than their normal booking price ,while I got receipt as less as their normal price later , good stuff you !I even gave her my copy of booking infos at last! And no one come to give me an explaination or further step until I asked myself in the morning,they finally found the booking themselves in another agent, so is it my fault to come yesterday? ?? I found many ants, a huge spider and consistent creepy sounds in my room at night ,afraid and can't sleep the whole night so with light on, the room which is of course not my booking in the picture but they said same type . Sorry to bother you, so I will be Kind and won't book next time to bother each other again .

Great (vegan) breakfast included with accommodations--freshly made to order from a menu. Excellent location near Sacred Monkey Temple and walking distance to many other areas and attractions.

酒店很有地方特色，隱藏於鬧事，晚上能聽到酒吧的音樂。我們住四樓頂層。房間也是地方特色，但門窗都是木製插銷並不私密。最可怕的是早晨五點被房間內的噪音吵醒，像是有人站在屋裡用吹風機，把我們一家人都吵醒了。 早餐非常好，服務也很棒。

Отель великолепный! Номер Garuda просто топ! Терраса прекрасна! Номер маленький очень, ванная с учетом особенностей погоды (часто дождит) не продумана, так как душ по открытым небом и вода не горячая! Ресепшен - 5 баллов! Атмосфера и архитектура - 5 баллов! Смузи боул прекрасный на завтрак, но для кого важно, - мясное и яйца к завтраку не подают! Чисто vegan style! Очень было удобно общение с девочками с ресепшен через ватсап - по любому вопросу! Идея великолепна! Не смотря на небольшие минусы - вернусь однозначно, если буду в Убуде!

Отель очень красивый , живёшь как будто в Балийском храме. Единственный для меня минус - маленькая комната и муравьи иногда в номере.

Ubudの中心街にあるホテルです。パサールウブドにも歩いてすぐです。 一方通行の道路にホテル入り口があるのでタクシー送迎など注意が必要です。(車が通り越してしまうと、戻ってくるまで時間がかかります。) 車はロビーまで入れないです。荷物が多かったり、重かったりした場合は数メートル歩くので大変です。 私達が到着した日は大雨でロビーまで歩けず、近くのカフェにおろしてもらい、雨が止んでからスーツケースを持って中心街を歩いてホテルまで行くことになり大変でした。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 そして朝食が豪華すぎます！！カフェに負けない贅沢な朝食です。

飯店離烏布皇宮很近路程約6.7分鐘，網紅店介紹的餐廳也都在附近走路可以到，飯店是很有特色的峇里島風格。泳池也很美不管拍照或游泳都很適合。重要的是房間裡有飲水機，完全不擔心水質問題，這點真的很讚。

服務態度很好

房間挺大的，放了兩張雙人床，就是入住的時候，洗澡水和洗臉全是温度過高的熱水。反應後，酒店調整後又全是冷水。因為是過渡一晚，第二天要去巴圖爾火山，所以也湊合了一下。而且酒店説洗臉的水就應該是冷水。應該是酒店設施老化了。床墊也不太舒服，有些硬。不過整個環境還好，有游泳池，地點非常方便。逛街，吃飯，也很安靜，在一個小巷子裏。服務也好，早餐也好。主動送我們到路邊核對了我們叫的車，攜助搬行李。如果4個人入住，還是有一定的性價比
