Ulasan New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was last year with a tour group; the comfortable environment and delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast left a deep impression on me. The hotel has a beach and many boat captains where you can go dolphin watching.

The staff are friendly and the location is close to the beach, quite convenient for the dolphin trip the next morning. The bathtub could have been cleaner and the toilet had a slight smell, but overall the stay was still good.

Booked this hotel because it's close to where the dolphins are, and even though we arrived near midnight, they still provided excellent service ❤️. It's super close to the departure point for boat trips, only about a 5-minute drive. The hotel breakfast is amazing, and there are two swimming pools 🏊. You'll feel so relaxed spending a whole day here 😎. They also offer spa services with a 10% discount! 😯 And while we were waiting to check out, the staff even gave us two essential oils as souvenirs ❤️.

There was a spider in the toilet of my room. The hotel's environment is pretty good and it's right by the sea, but the room itself... I really don't want to say too much.

The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are spacious too. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. The restaurant is located right by the pool and beachfront. I was very satisfied with both the hotel's environment and its location. I regret only booking one night and wish I had stayed longer next time. However, a minor inconvenience for Chinese guests who prefer to hand wash their clothes is that you can't hang laundry in the room or the private courtyard.

Low price with high quality. The swimming pool is quite clean.

The service was good, and the environment was nice too. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, and on my first night, I was almost eaten alive by flying ants.

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting around and shopping! The room was clean and tidy, with elegant and stylish soft furnishings. The bedding was comfortable and skin-friendly, making for a truly pleasant and cozy stay. Definitely worth repeat visits! Highly recommend!

The room was quite spacious, but it had an odor. The best part was being able to hop on a boat directly outside the hotel to go dolphin watching, which was really convenient. With a 12 PM checkout, we even had time to come back, shower, and pack up after the dolphin tour.

There were cockroaches in the room and the bathroom was quite basic, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They proactively offered to carry our luggage and showed us around.

The service at this resort is excellent! The rooms are spacious and come with a coffee machine. There’s also a swimming pool, gym, and spa available. Best of all, the departure point for dolphin-watching tours is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient. You can also see the stunning Blue Tears phenomenon in the nearby sea — don’t miss it at night! I was lucky to catch it during the daytime dolphin tour. The staff are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Highly recommend staying here!

Very cheap with very nice view hotels with big room .. all the plants surrounding the hotels make it feel very fresh

not bad although it’s slightly old but still considered as a good stay here!
