Bilik yang luas dan selesa. Makan di dalam bilik yang lazat dan harga yang sangat berpatutan. Sarapan pagi yang lazat tetapi tidak banyak pilihan. Kakitangan mesra sepanjang masa dengan senyuman yang bagus.

Hotel yang tenang dengan kemudahan yang baik. Jika ada peluang, saya ingin menggunakannya semula. Saya tidak makan jadi saya tidak boleh komen.

I am a business traveller, I have done some of my business lately in Bali and around 10-20 days a month I stay in several places especially in Kuta, Ubud and Seminyak. After a long flight and trip I decided to try this hotel It was quite disappointing. I booked a double bed and they gave me a twin bed room. I don't touch anything and back to ask the front office about the bedroom type that I already requested before booking the room clearly but last night I asked nicely but the lady without any apologies said with not really hospitality behaviour say that all the double bed room is full and there is no more room available. I have no more energy to cancel and find another hotel after a long flight, so I decided to stay. I have a meeting with my client around the hotel and this morning I asked for an Iron to my room and it takes 2 hours til I get the Iron and you know what? There was rubber dirt stuck to the hot iron that was given to me and it ruined my shirt. I can't use it anymore, can you imagine what I felt after it? As a business owner, I know that it is just because of certain people in the company that they are not really concerned about their job. If the management is not concerned about this situation I guess you guys are just waiting for the owner to collapse. In conclusion, I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back to this hotel. Thank you and hopefully you guys are concerned about the hospitality services as it's the main core of this business.

Clean room, comfortable and friendly staff. Have halal food. Recommended👍🏻

The room is clean, but if you carry heavy baggage you will face difficulty to going to lobby, because the stair is litlle bit high but have tiny platform. Overall is good, and the price is very affordable

Location is good, 13 min from the airport, near Kuta beach. There minimart and cafe in front of the hotel. Room is clean. But quite small size. No hair dryer in a room but you can request from the reception. Overall is excellent.

Excellent experience. Staff were very friendly & helpful, strategic location, the food was awesome. Clean room & quite spacious. Highly recommended 👍

The hotel location is very good. However the toilet is old and kind of stinks. There’s some mold at the corner of the shower room, and the towels is old too. Some of the staffs were friendly, but some wasn’t. The room wall is very thin, so it’s very noisy. You can hear people walking or talking on the hallway, even at night it was noisy.

We disappointed that we were net with a flights of steps as we are elderly. There is no ramp. Service was just ok. Room key card unable to ooen room. Need staff to open uding the mastef key.Room is small. Breakfast just so so. We dont think will be coming back with the group in future.

The hotel was nice and clean, it was in a good location and was good value for money

I like the price of the hotel and also it is muslim friendly hotel. They provide mukenah sajadah and quran. However, the bathroom is really bad, I couldnt turn off the flush which somehow is annoying. And also, the breakfast is not buffet, it is really expensive for that kind of meal. I recommend people just book a room without breakfast. The room is ok, and the staff is nice. I even put my laptop everyday and they kindly keep my laptop
