The best place with authentic Ayurveda Detox program, we found excellent value for money in our experience at the retreat. Nestled in the quiet environs , surrounded by nature , one is totally relaxed the minute you step foot on the awesome Ayurvedagram Resort. An Affordable detox destination coupled with a soothing holiday a week is just not enough one doesn't want to leave the serene atmosphere. The Ganesha Pool the excellent and helpful staff totally trained in their respective roles. It's a piece of tranquility. We wish the team all the very best and may their tribe grow.

I had an exceptional experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a memorable stay.

My husband and I spend 8 days at Ayurvedagram Bali and the care with which we were treated, exceeded both our expectations. Ayurvedagram Bali is a place of true healing. Dr Natasha S Lal together with Dr Vaishnav work together with therapists, kitchen team, cleaners and front of house staff to ensure your path to optimal wellness. Don’t be surprised to see Dr Natasha in the kitchen discussing the menu with the chef, or deep in conversation with a therapist, going over a particular treatment. There is constant communication between all those responsible for your care. We feel incredible grateful to have found this panchakarma haven and although we have had panchakarma treatments in India and Bali, we will only ever return to AG Bali. The details The consultation Dr Natasha spent a good deal of time during my initial consultation asking many questions and taking extensive notes, to ascertain my concerns and then formulate a treatment plan. The treatment plan combines Ayurvedic treatments and prescribed Ayurvedic medicines.Each plan is tailored to each individuals needs and will be tweaked if needed. Dr Natasha or Dr Vaishnav will check in with you daily to see how you are feeling and to address any questions or concerns. The food The food is vegetarian, designed to be easily digestible and is delicious and plentiful. The rooms We had a balcony room which overlooks the lagoon style pool and garden. It isn’t a big room but was fine for the two of us. There’s a lovely balcony where we sat to read, look at the beautiful garden or just do nothing. They are cleaned with care and attention daily. There is also a lovely lounge area under the yoga studio and comfortable lounge seating in the dining space, overlooking the pool. The treatments I had the same two therapists daily (Kadek and Katika) who were the most caring therapists. They made me feel very secure and that my comfort and wellbeing was of paramount importance to them. I will always remember their kindness and quality of treatment. Just a note - the treatment rooms are very functional and serve purely for the administering of treatments. Don’t expect the decor of a day spa. The other guests We met amazing people from all over the world - Brazil, San Francisco, Delhi, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, London. Sharing the panchakarma adventure with others was a truly authentic bonding experience. We learned so much from these incredibly beautiful souls and it is my hearts wish that we meet again ❤️. I had an amazing experience at Ayurvedagram Bali. It was my first ever Ayurvedic retreat and I had no idea what to expect, but I have to say it is really worldclass service and I am so happy I took 14 days for Pachakarma detox program there. After checkin my experience started with a long and thorough consultation with the very knowledgeable doctor Natasha and a conversation with the Yoga Master , from which they created a customized treatment/ exercise plan, including a personalized diet. The therapists are amazing, very professional and also compassionate, and the treatments are very effective. I lost 3kg and many inches and gained vitality, improved gut health in my experience there. Chef Deepak cooked always delicious and healthy vegan meals and I even learned how to prepare my favorite ones in a cooking class. I had daily asana, pranayama and meditation yoga sessions with the very calm and knowledgeable Yoga Master, which along 14 days of treatment helped me to get more flexible, fitter, calmer, breathing better and create a new habit of exercising daily that I took with me when I checked out. Every single member of the staff and management was lovely, and I felt like home there, it was kind of sad to leave after 2 weeks in a haven of peace. But I will definetly be back, I feel years yonger after my cleansing retreat and plan to repeat it yearly if I can!

I went to Ayurvedagram bali for a two weeks deep detox known as panchakarma in Ayurveda: Ayurvedagram Bali is a very special place: the doctor is available 24/7 and she is personable, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and a total people’s person. Chef deepak is specially trained in sattvik / ayurvedic cuisine and prepared wholesome healthy nutritious and delicious meals for us every day. The yoga teacher shashikant is very helpful patient knowledgeable and a pleasure to do classes with. He tailored the classes for guests individual needs. The therapists were wonderful - friendly caring solicitous and knew exactly what they were doing. I spent two weeks here and don’t know where the time went. I would however like to suggest that there should be more activities for the residents during the evening after therapies are done for the day. Time hangs heavy after 5 or 6 pm. Also an on site car available for guests (for a fee of course) would be very helpful. The luxury rooms around the poolside do need a facelift. The newer rooms at the back are smaller but more modern and brighter: All in all a fantastic experience - I will definitely return for a second panchakarma whenever dr Natasha recommends it ☺️

This was my second time to Ayurvedagram Bali and as always it was a beautiful experience. All the staff are very nice and caring they look after all your needs. The surroundings are beautiful. Another beautiful trip! Thank you everyone at Ayurvedagram Bali!

My time at Ayurvedagram was very special - it was my first solo trip in a long time and I felt mentally at peace and an inner healing after a long time. The treatments were personalized and Dr Natasha was personally involved everyday with all of us who were there. We felt like one big family The food was so good that I did not feel deprived at all .
