Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception and housekeeping were efficient though our families were not assigned rooms in same bldg which was a great disappointment.. Buffet breakfast was quite good, wide selections. Restaurant unable to cope with the crowd, need to have more seats available. We didn't use the hotel facilities except for the pool. There was an open space for table tennis, unfortunately it wasn't suitable as the balls will be affected by the breeze. It has to be in an enclosed space for this game. Hope hotel management will look into this.

Although the location is far from the center of Bali, everything is beautiful, clean, attentive and thoughtful.

The hotel is well maintained and hygienic. We love the activities here e.g. paddle board yoga class and yoga class at the garden. Great variety of food and drinks at breakfast place.

Service was impeccable, in hotel dining was good, the walkway down to the main road could do with an upgrade for safer strolls down (lights and a pavement would be great) but otherwise, overall a great stay for families. Our kids enjoyed the pool and kids club! They had activities throughout the day for adults and kids.

All in all a great hotel! Great staff, great rooms and great amenities. I can highly recommend this hotel. I had a 10/10 stay.

Everything was perfect but required bit more clean rooms

We spent Nyepi day on this hotel and it was quite good. They also got activities that we can do during Nyepi day like yoga and bag weaving. The facilities are complete and since it is quite new the hotel looks clean and pristine. There also 3 pools to choose from plus a kiddie pool. I especially enjoyed the Tanah Liat restaurant, the foods were amazing! 🤩 I will go back to this hotel given the chance that I will go again to Nusa Dua.

To be honest this hotel is not anywhere near beach it’s definitely much smaller than st Regis or kempsinski but the rooms are fantastic newly renovated and comfy ! I was apprehensive at first but after staying here I am coming back next trip ! If it’s bother you that you are not near the beach just take the shuttle or taxi won’t cost you much ! I wish I stayed here longer ! The decorations in the rooms make u relax while you just lie there and do nothing lol 😂 I am glad that the price is reasonable and you get the nice comfy bed , the breakfast has a good mix too ! I must admits that this hotel can be a little warm as it’s not close the beach but Bali is super hot in general 🥵 so small issues la

Check in took a long time, although we arrived after 15:00, precisely on 16:15. Booked Garden View, but was given hotel entrance view We booked 2 rooms & The receptionist told us that our rooms were side by side room, but it's not true. (what a liar she is, unfortunately we did not note her name) The receptionist are really a pain in the xxxx, ruining our holiday, due to her terrible service/attitude.

The hotel is good enough. The room smelled damp. I want to say a huge thanks to the caring staff of the hotel. It so happened that I felt incredibly ill, the hotel staff drove me and escorted me to the hospital

This resort is just 20 mins away from the airport in a quiet and family area of Nusa Dua. Buffet has different options including vegetarian, Mediterranean, and Asian. Customer crew always willing to helping you. Shuttle from/to beach and mall available each 30 mins. Daily sports and cultural activities such as yoga and fruits craving.
