Ulasan Conrad Bali

Saliran tab di bilik mandi saya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Saya meminta lebih banyak kemudahan tetapi mereka hanya memberi saya 1. Saya meminta untuk membuat bilik saya tetapi mereka tidak melakukannya. Tetapi kakitangan adalah baik walaupun. Mereka mempunyai pelbagai aktiviti (percuma dan berbayar). Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini adalah protokol kesihatan mereka, mereka juga memberi saya topeng muka, syabas 👍🏻

Loved their service staff, they really service from the heart. Always putting on a genuine smile. Location is quite secluded. Not much place to shop too. Only negative I want to comment is their cleanliness as I found a diaper behind the dustbin when I checked in. There were so many weddings going on during those days when I stayed. Interesting to see and they have a nice chapel too. Their breakfast buffet is good. I love their mango yogurt. We also had complimentary photo taking

Nice breakfast and standard room. Facilities is old and the room also. We are surprise that two times room service in a day. However, the second room service staff wearing shoe in my room and all over is sands. So we asked for cleaning again. Overall satisfied.

Conrad is the best place to be in Bali. The service was superb and help us feel the comforts of home. It brings out the best of Bali especially its people. Smiling faces and very good hospitality. The food in Conrad was delectable and makes you crave for more. We had the room with king size bed. The room is big with bathroom having separate shower and tab, outside terrace facing the beachfront. We chose the breakfast and dinner promo so as not to worry where to eat elsewhere coz this is our first time in Bali. It did not let us down. We had dinner in different restaurants inside the hotel. We follow the recommendation of the restaurant supervisor everytime of their house especialties and the food are succulent and delicious. The Tuna steak at the seafood restaurant is one dish to die for. Crispylicious bebek(duck) was ordered twice because it keeps you coming back for more…. The staff at the suku restaurant were very kind and offered us a very delicious drink made of lemongrass, ginger, tumeric concocted by the head supervisor. Dont forget to stroll around the vicinity and enjoy the warmth and beauty of Bali. Our stay was concluded with a trip to the spa. Capsulating the goodness, warmth, comfort with every gentle rub. Wow we had a great second honeymoon and cant wait to come back again.

We have a good honeymoon stay with Conrad hospitality service. Room is well decorated and comfy bed, amenities was complete, aircon and WiFi all work well. Nearby walking distance have some local Warung eatery convenience store to hunt some need, this is good point. The only thing was our room assigned near to the Chapel so clash up the wedding party so a bit noisy during the night (until 10pm around), recommend request to reception during the check in. Breakfast is great with many choice selection, open 7am daily. Pool is huge so can swim n chill well, we enjoy the facilities. Thank you again to Conrad team, wish to be there again soon.

Hope the hotel could do something regarding mosquitoes flying in when we open up the balcony to get some fresh air.(mosquitoes mesh will be a good idea)

It’s time to do some touch up or renovation, hotel is quite old. Room is humid whole night even air con is on, cannot sleep well. Food is good and staff are all very helpful and nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Food was great specially the seafood restaurant. Highly recommended. Beach area not good though but their pool are the best

A very well maintained hotel, services are good and the room is decent for the price. Breakfast at the 3 restaurants are good, option to convert your complimentary breakfast to room dining is possible with a small fee of USD4 per set., but not recommended - food is cold and overcooked. The hotel/resort was amazing! Great friendly staff! Only issue is that the resort is quite isolated from anything else and the restaurants are quite expensive for what they serve.
