It's super convenient for shopping and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Freya and Jenny at the front desk are always so welcoming in the lobby. Honestly, this is my go-to place when I travel; you can't go wrong here.

Every time I come, it feels as relaxing and comforting as coming home, with none of the usual stiffness of staying in a hotel. She patiently explained the breakfast and pool times and even proactively offered travel directions. Her demeanor was warm and thoughtful throughout. For any questions during my stay, I reached out to Freya via WeChat. She responded exceptionally quickly and handled all my requests, big or small, efficiently and properly. Her genuine and considerate service was truly heartwarming. Overall, the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. The in-room amenities are always in perfect condition. Both the hardware maintenance and the staff's service are consistently excellent. This is always my first choice when I come to Shenzhen, and I'll definitely keep coming back!
