Nice location and nice clean big rooms - really love that it’s connected to the big mall where it’s extremely convenient.

I booked hotel for a business trip to Shenzhen, staff helped me  room with upgrade. Staff is friendly and considerate.

Booked the hotel for a colleague visiting Shenzhen, exceptional and friendly services, comfortable matress and linen of course, lots of privacy, quiet room. Nespresso coffee machine available in superior room only according to conciege and again frendly advice instant nescafe sachet is for 1-2 star hotel.

An international hotel that gives you a pleasant stay. Breakfast is great.

Chinese restaurant so delicious, specially ”叉燒” & "生普洱" is great !

Great in-room dining experience, food was delicious and served hot.

Nice room services on a late night with yummy dishes! Relaxing and energizing!

Other than the main restaurant, there is no other choice for a light breakfast in the morning and the first floor offers very little as it is part of a mall. The staff was super nice and managed to get me a takeaways coffee from the main restaurant. Room otherwise is big, though the transparent glass for the shower is a bit weird.

Great location. Love the breakfast. It’s the second time we stayed in here. Will definitely come here again.

Room smelled bad. Carpet in room was dirty. Carpet in hallway was old and mouldy. Some parts were torn. Room is very old fashioned. No USB connections in the room. They have one USB charging hub but it didn’t work well and was only on one side of the bed. Light on bathroom were flickering all night when trying to dim. No coffee machine in room, only instant coffee and kettle. Really should be 2 star hotel. Not modern, run down and old fashioned design. DO NOT give your email at reception as Hyatt group will bombard you with spam. Won’t stay again overpriced and not at all 5 star. This hotel should be downgraded to 2 star. Building works at 8am next door on Saturday that stopped at lunchtime. Only good thing was the breakfast buffet.

Thanks to Ken for upgrading our room! He ‘s polite and professional! The room was spacious, quiet, clean with well maintained facilities, the beddings were clean and comfortable. Thanks to housekeeping for speedy response for inadequate slippers. Worth its five-star and will definitely stay here again next time!
