The hotel is at rather good but what could be improved is the television system that is relatively old school. However the service of the staff is great

The hotel is generally OK except there is no elevator and arriving guests with luggage would need to walk up a fleet of stairs before reaching main lobby located at level 2. Is also not that near to main road

Super nice staff, pathetic property. Clearly it’s old, dated, nondescript and not at all inviting property. Located 10min walk to anything and just not a place where you would love to get out and experience the property. It’s ideal for young kids, looking for a cheap place to keep their stuff and go out to party in semi yak. The best part about the place is the staff, super nice and very helpful with everything. I won’t recommend staying here unless it’s less than 100$night , anything more not worth the value equation.

Room was clean and bed was big & comfy, staff was friendly and breakfast was buffet style with a special station each day (one day it was chicken wraps, another day it was crepes etc). The hotel is located quite deep in but Grab was easy to book and cheap! The hotel also provides free buggy/shuttle service (best to book in advance) at certain timings and to certain locations like Potato head, Seminyak village and flea market etc. The hotel also prepped a very nice surprise to celebrate our special occasion with us!

Very comfortable and clean room, staff is friendly with smiling face. Our room is big，high value for the money. We really enjoyed staying in the room. It’s a good choice if you staying in seminyak.

I likeda location, it is in Seminyak but in very quite place, no sound of motorbikes or another. You need just go 5-10 min by walk and will reach Seminyak public places (restaurants, bars, massage and Spa, lounges, cheap public loundry, money exange and etc). Nice pool inside yeard. Undergroud parking if you will rent car or bike. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Gym very little and old. Very king and plesure all staff. Very cozy and nice docorated hotel lobby.

Location is away from the bustle area, but easy to get grab. Staff service was great and amicable.

We enjoyed our stay for 2N. The staff are friendly and helpful. I bought a pineapple in the evening and they cut it and sent to my room. The only negative is the hotel is quite far from basic amenities like shops and eateries. The hotel does provide a shuttle that runs 3x a day.

Service was very good - staff was very proactive, always asked us if we needed anything else. Only feedback is there were no porters, had to carry 30kg luggage at the steep slope/ stairs which is quite dangerous. Location is so-so, can be very traffic and the walk to the hotel from the main road is quite dark with no lights so don't walk alone too late at night. There's a mini mart 3 min walk from the hotel which is good. Hotel room is nice, quite clean. Hairdryer is strong and good, not the usual weak ones. Breakfast has not much variety but acceptable. Gym is not good - super small, equipment are old and tv isnt working.

I'm booking deluxe pool view and get a good room with best view to the pool. However there's some paint smell that is quite strong, I assume there's some renovation ongoing that reached the room. The hotel kindly upgraded me to larger room with no smell, however I got a garden view which not as good as the pool view. However since it's a short stay I dont have any problem. Breakfast was enough and the staffs were helpful.

Everything was great except the food at the hotel. Needs improving.

We were on honeymoon and no welcome amenities were provided throughout our stay. No one wished us throughout our stay and nothing was done to make us feel we are at home and not in a hotel after our wedding. I had prepaid my booking otherwise would have left the hotel after one day. Not recommended this property

Location a little out of the main road but it's still acceptable considering we travel by grab most of the time. Environment and ambience is good. And their service staff are friendly.

Overall it was a good stay! Though the hotel location is in the alley but there are convenience stores & restaurants nearby and short walking distance to the main road.
