Fantastic ! We did a room update. We paid for a 2 bedroom + pool villa ocean front stay. It’s fantastic. Deserved the updated. The resort is a relax oasis. 2 nights and 3 fully days. Fantastic Complain : The restaurant isn’t a cheap. 2 people a dinner: easily 500K

there is a lot to do. such as diving, snorkeling, jungle tour and you can also get a massage. So you won't be bored. There is a lot of choice on the menu, so there is something for everyone. In the morning at breakfast they always write a text on your plate, which is super fun. The drinks are also delicious. The rooms are super nice and there is also a beautiful outdoor shower. The beds are super nice. The swimming pool is also super nice. It is a large swimming pool with a nice temperature. There are enough sunbeds around the pool to lie down. There is also a bar where you can sit. The staff is super nice and always cheerful. definitely recommended.

We stayed here for three nights with the primary plan of doing some birding at the West Bali Barat National Park and some snorkeling. Right off the bat, they were in touch with me and giving me all the info I need to put a detailed plan in place. They arranged an excellent local outfit to pick us up from the guest house for snorkeling, which by the way was the best we ever had in terms of quality and variety of the corals and fish in excellent water clarity. The guides were excellent! I was concerned about how to get to the guest house from Kuta and they took care of it by arranging a car to pick us up including sightseeing on the way at a very reasonable price. The same car and driver did another excursion all the way to eastern edge of Bali and then dropped us back in Kuta - again at a very reasonable price. Ida and her team at the guest house are extremely caring. They would prepare hot breakfast as per our liking - Spicy fried noodles (Mie Goreng) with lots of veggies and scrambled egg. And they would add fruits and pastries as well. We felt pampered! They also arranged for ”in-room” full body massage which was excellent and once again very reasonable price. I requested for wine and Ida drove 30 minutes to find some decent white wines for us. One day we left for birding at 5:30AM and Ida got our hot breakfast ready at 5AM. She is a superwoman! And all the time, her husband, Sutama, who is traveling on work abroad kept in touch with me on WhatsApp. They are such nice hard working people that I wish nothing but the best for their future. I wholeheartedly recommend this guest house!

The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, providing a classical yet comfortable ambiance. Overall, Plataran Menjangan is a spectacular retreat for those seeking luxury and nature in harmony. Highly recommended!

This resort is inside the mangroves lagoon under the menjangan Island. Very nice rooms amidst lotus ponds, two pools and a couple of thermal (really hot) water. Really good restaurant, thanks to our friend Joel, don’t miss any fish they suggest you Many boats move you to snorkel around menjangan, the better spots are along the southern shore, in the middle between the harbour to the left and the temple to the right. Unfortunately coral is dead everywhere but some nice fish still remains worth to be pictured along with turtles. Anyway, the fee to enter the park is too much expensive

It was so so so clean! I dont find my feet dusty/black while moving around the wooden house without slippers. Give you 5 stars for cleanliness! Breakfast alacarte with extra delicious bakery and fruits. Google rating is 4.9 our of 5 was never lies. True hidden gem in bustling Bali. The water at octagon pool is at good temperature, with magnificent view. Enjoy the snorkling from the jetty and it was good experience. Ah did i told you that some activities are complimentary free, such as snorkling, kayaking, and morning walk with ranger accompanied? Always had incredible experience at Plataran! Thank you!

Замечательное место, жили 2 ночи очень понравилось, чисный номер с террасой, чистая постель и свежие полотенца, есть чайник и чайный набор, в душе горячая вода, гель шампунь, набор для чистки зубов. Нет фена, сейфа, холодильника. Ежедневная уборка. Не далеко от отеля магазинчики, заправка и кафешки. Но есть свои ньюансы у нас был домик номер 15, из под раковины текла вода, в душе какие то куски грязи лежали, при заселении пахло сыростью, но мы проветрили. Вокруг отеля частный сектор, запахи навоза и домашней птицы, визг поросят. По вечерам пение местного муллы. Очень советую этот отель для проживание, спасибо за теплый прием🙏 и надпись моего имени из лепестков, за велкомдринк и лебедей

The Menjangan is located in a beautiful corner of Bali that is tucked away from the crowds and offers charm and excellent service in abundance. By staying here guests are also supporting some of the most dedicated and diligent staff members I have experienced in hospitality. This is not just a hotel but a community of hard working and passionate individuals who want to make your stay memorable. The facilities, location and staff are the highlights. We did kayaking, horse riding and an excellent cooking class with the head chef. This was a genuine highlight and is highly recommended. The head chef is an expert in Balinese cooking and great fun to talk to during his class. The location is on the edge of West Bali National Park and offers a nice connection to nature. You’ll see loads of Macaques, some Menjangan deer and some interesting birds. If you go into the park with a guide you’ll see the East Javan Langur, wild boar, deer, Monitor Lizards, birds of prey and even wild chickens… I am a very experienced business traveler and have been to some of the top hotels in the world. I know what good looks like. This hotel is not perfect but it has a lot of charm and is a great place to spend quality time with the family and enjoy a more soulful experience than is often the norm in Bali. Food is exceptional too. Breakfast is excellent and offers a combination of western and Indonesian. Dinner and lunch is delicious and in great locations either by sea or up in the Bali Tower. Note to the management: do continue to invest in the maintenance and keep accommodation standards updated to ensure the Menjangan continues to be at the top of its game. You have incredible assets in your staff and they are the most valuable part of the hotel. A special shout out to housekeeping at the Menjangan. The level of service is excellent. There is always someone on hand to support. Whether it is removing a large gecko, removing ants or timing room servicing to perfection, I think this is best housekeeping I have experienced in a hotel.
