This ”small” hotel is really great, only a few kms from Lovina Beach but with an amazing view on the ocean. The staff is really great and careful with the customers All rooms have an ocean view and are quite confortable for a value for money just awesome. The pools are magic especially the main one with infinity view. The owner Stephane is very kind and careful with his clients and gave us lots of advices for visiting Bali. Hotel Is also proposing scooter rental for a very affordable rate. Very appreciated to visit the north of Bali Island Jerome

What a beautiful resort the rooms were clean and the view was amazing . the staff were lovely and helpful,The food was incredible they use their own vegetables and fruits which they grow on site . We had breakfast and dinner . Would like to say a massive thank you to Kendran who was just so lovely and helpful she was always happy and smiling she made sure we left with a smile . I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in after arriving in Bali to get in the groove before we travelled to Ubud. Great room on 2nd level overlooking pools joining level 1 rooms with private balcony. rooms were very tidy and had everything we needed. Walk to beach via Restaurant, Bar and pool. Great walkway along the beachfront as well as a number of alternate locations for meals. Beach was clean and a nice change from the pool. Out on the street some brilliant massage locations and shopping without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud. Friendly helpful staff topped off the experience. definitely back again .

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

PPengguna TetamuKami mempunyai pengalaman tinggal lama yang menggembirakan-selamat-sihat di sini.. tiada kerumitan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu tentang perkara ini dan mereka membenarkan kami menikmati penginapan.. kami mendapat bilik yang sangat terang, bersih dan selesa menghadap lautan, kami boleh melihat lautan yang terang dari katil kami, menonton tv dan berkumpul pada masa yang sama, masa yang sangat sesuai, juga balkoni yang selesa bersih untuk membolehkan kami menghirup udara segar.
kita boleh bermain sepanjang masa di pantai persendirian, akses sangat mudah.. pantai pantai yang bersih dan luas, pilihan makanan dan minuman.. bilik mandi bersih (tetapi kami mencadangkan untuk mempunyai mesin basuh jet semburan di dalam tandas untuk mengelakkan bekas percikan air kencing berbau. .)
Terdapat monyet tetapi tiada masalah untuk kami, semua kakitangan sangat cepat dan membantu dalam sebarang perkhidmatan, dari penerimaan tetamu, pengemasan, concierge, juruteknik, malah pelayan bilik kerana membantu kami mengusir monyet, terima kasih! (kadang-kadang kita biarkan sahaja monyet itu bermain dan lihat sahaja dari tingkap 😊😊)
nota mungkin sekadar landskap taman perlu diperbaharui.. dan kebersihan di laluan/taman perlu dipertingkatkan..

YYazidiBau hapak yang mengerikan dalam bilik🤮🤮. bila. apabila kami mengadu mengenainya tiada siapa yang datang untuk memeriksa bilik itu kerana mereka tahu apa itu. kami telah dihantar humidifier (yang tidak membantu sama sekali). Malam pertama kami bangun dengan hidung tersumbat dan hilang selera sebahagiannya. Jika anda mengambil berat tentang keselamatan kesihatan anda, saya tidak mengesyorkan semuanya terutamanya jika anda mempunyai anak Elakkan hotel ini.
Lokasinya hebat, pantai tidak begitu selesa untuk berenang (ombak besar). Perkhidmatannya hebat. kami terpaksa menggunakan tangga memandangkan beberapa bahagian hotel telah rosak lif. ke mana-mana sahaja kami pergi kami dikenakan bayaran 5℅ untuk perkhidmatan tetapi yang ini 10℅.
Fikir dua kali sebelum menempah hotel ini.

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

DDodododoNot bad for the price! Very worth it. Resort is rather clean. However service wasn’t perfect. We had to carry all luggages up and down the stairs and staff saw but did not offer any help.

PPengguna TetamuNous sommes restés dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant une semaine. Nous cherchions on endroit calme où dormir, loin du chaos d'Ubud, le pari est tenu. C'est vraiment isolé, au milieu des rizières. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et sympathique. Ils sont toujours là pour vous et si vous avez une question ou demande, ils se démèneront pour y répondre de suite. La chambre est grande et très propre. Nous avons demandé une chambre en étage et nous l'avons eue. Le lit est ferme mais confortable. Les chambres ont tous une terrasse où vous pouvez manger, prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement vous reposer. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très simple (choix entre omelette et pancakes, jus de fruit, et des fruits), mais suffisant. Vous pouvez payer un supplément pour avoir des choses en plus. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni bar dans cette maison d'hôtes, donc il faudra soit aller dans l'hôtel pas très loin, soit commander votre nourriture sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons opté pour cette deuxième option, et ça s'est très bien passé, un choix énorme, livraison en moins d'une heure si vous commandez sur un resto d'Ubud. Le personnel peut aussi prendre une commande et votre argent et aller faire 2/3 courses pour vous pour des boissons affichées sur le minibar. Tous les jours ils nous ont donné une bouteille d'eau chacun gratuite. La piscine est jolie et propre. La climatisation est très performante, parfois même trop! Il faut la régler. Parfois on finissait simplement par la couper. Vous n'aurez pas chaud. Maintenant, les points négatifs, car un bon avis doit aussi mentionner les points à améliorer: Lumière du jour qui passe très facilement, les rideaux ne sont pas très collés à la fenêtre donc dès 5h du matin on commençait à avoir de la lumière. C'est vrai que nous européens sommes habitués à dormir dans le noir. Dans la chambre il y avait aussi un bruit de canalisation, assez aigu, quand les gens utilisaient l'eau, que ça soit nous ou des voisins. Je ne sais pas à quoi cela est dû, peut-être une pompe, des canalisations... je ne sais pas si le problème est commun à toutes les chambres. Vu que je suis assez sensible aux bruits pour dormir, j'ai opté pour des boules Quiès, problème réglé. Comptez 3 à 5 euros l'aller pour vous déplacer en ville en commandant une course sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons eu la réservation a un très bon prix car réservé tôt et avant la levée des restrictions sanitaires, donc on va dire que nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les deux points cités plus haut car c'était les deux choses qui m'ont dérangé.
