Suka tempat itu! Ini khas untuk privasi yang anda boleh dapatkan. Sungguh mendamaikan. Satu-satunya halangan yang bagi saya adalah masalah yang agak besar ialah dinding batu di pantai kerana saya mahukan bilik hotel yang mempunyai akses terus ke pantai dengan pemandangan pantai yang biasa dan perasaan pantai tepat di depan pintu kami. Selain daripada ini, ia adalah percutian yang sangat baik untuk saya dan suami saya.

Pengalaman pertama sebelum ini membuatkan saya begitu teruja untuk ke sini semula. Semuanya kekal kemas dan bersih di sekitar resort. Meja penyambut tetamu yang mesra, pekerja yang membantu kami dengan baik. Walau bagaimanapun, kami agak kecewa kerana keadaan bilik, yang: 1. lumut hitam dalam bilik air yang tidak dibersihkan dengan sempurna. Jenis pintu susah nak keluar masuk (kena tukar jenis lain). 2. Katil yang disediakan kelihatan condong dan kelihatan hampir patah. Sangat tidak selesa untuk tidur. 3. Tiada laluan tertutup untuk bahagian vila yang disediakan. Agak susah sebab hujan dan ada anak kecil. Sila pastikan kualiti bilik dijaga kerana suasana di sini sangat cantik dan mendamaikan. Komen ini adalah untuk penambahbaikan daripada keluarga yang sukakan kebersihan dan keselesaan.

It was a very relaxing holiday for my family despite us travelling in a big crowd of 3 families. Stayed in one of the chalets. PROS: 1) enjoyed what nature could offer. The plants, tress, beach was such a relaxing, de-stressing sight. 2) service - very good i would say. They would respond immediately on the request of food or beverages. Upon checking in the chalet, was given glasses of welcoming drink. 3) chalet - love the concept of ”kampung” chalet. The whole structure is made of wood, which i felt was quite sturdy and didnt make much of funny noises when walked upon in the living room and hall. 4) swimming pool - as we had stayed in the chalet, there is a private pool next to to it. Water was prescient, with minimal to no insects seen. The common swimming pools on the other hand, they were fabulous. There is the kid's pool and the adult pool, which was kept very clean and my kids enjoyed tremendously playing in it. Cons: 1) being next to nature, you cannot avoid the annoying mosquitoes feeding on you. - best to have apply some mosquito repellent patch especially during the evenings. 2) food at the cafeteria however was quite a big let down in my honest opinion. Food options are not quite to my expectation. The plates and cutleries were dirty with visible stains. 3) the wooden stairs leading up to the chalet needs a major upgrade. It looks like it will give way anytime soon. We were really concerned as in our crowd, my aunty was walking with a walking stick. 4) not many options of food stalls except for a few local Malay restaurants down the road. 5) there are two rooms in a chalet. Unfortunately these rooms are separated and one needs to pass through a door to exit and another door to enter the room. Family with young children would not benefit staying in such design. Overall, i would give this place a 7/10.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. Lokasi yang sesuai untuk yang ingin menikmati pantai cherating (surf beach). Banyak kedai makan berhampiran. Layanan daripada staff baik. Untuk sarapan, menu yang disediakan agak terhad. Secara keseluruhan, akan datang kembali untuk menginap di sini.

My colleagues and I went to EryabySuria over the weekend for a business trip. From the exterior I can say that the hotel has been around for sometime. The check-in was a breeze. My room (G9), was clean and modestly well kept. ROOM: Like mentioned before it was modest, furnitures were dated but still functional. The bathroom was ok, if I can say so. MEETING ROOM: It was ok. Although as a note for the future, the hotel should have a label for each meeting groups for the coffee breaks. Our coffee breaks table was set up outside the meeting room without any labelling or signs. The hotel's guest ended up assuming the food was prepared by the hotel as a complimentary. We ended up not having enough food for us. The air-conditioning in the meeting room (Cengkih) can be improved. It was not as cold as we expected it. Perhaps a little bit of maintenance would do the trick. COFFEE HOUSE: It was simple and clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Although the management should consider of adding a few more tables so there would be enough seats for the hotel's guests, especially during breakfast. The food spread was just 'ok'. SWIMMING POOL: It was clean and decently sized. Although if I may suggest the management could add pool chairs and tables for the guests. OVERALL: I have high hopes for the hotel. Moving forward, the hotel should begin upgrading the hotel's exterior and facilities. With new hotels and airbnbs opening around the area, the hotel should be amongst the frontrunners to be the choice of tourists and visitors. Katil sangat selesa. Perkhidmatan bilik adalah pantas (saya mengadu memerlukan 1 lagi tuala dan mereka muncul dalam masa 5 minit dengan tuala tambahan). Daftar masuk adalah pantas dan biliknya bersih dengan cadar yang bersih. Malangnya bilik itu tidak kalis bunyi, saya boleh mendengar bilik sebelah saya bercakap dan bilik itu berhampiran dengan jalan raya, jadi ia agak bising. Sarapan paginya ok tetapi kerana ia percuma, saya tidak merungut.

Bilik berharga RM300 tetapi banyak isu. Check in 3 petang, tak boleh awal melainkan ada bilik tersedia. Bilik mula-mula sekali tingkat 2 menghadap kolam dan pantai. Bilik kelam, lampu tak terang dan kurang. Lantai bilik air tersumbat (air bergenang), air panas shower tak berfungsi, iron board koyak rabak, langsir rosak dan sangkut sana sini, tiada hair dryer, aircond sangat kuat walaupun speed 1, so kena naikkan suhu je caranya. Terpaksa tukar bilik sbb bilik air semakin terus. Sebelum waktu Maghrib dah call dan minta tukar bilik, dapat bilik di tingkat 1 pula. Tapi staf lambat datang bawa troli, receptionist cakap tunggu staf solat. lebih kurang 7.30 malam pun belum nampak bayang. Wife turun ke bawah ke front desk. Barang banyak dah dipunggah/ diguna kena simpan dan kemas balik tapi proses pula lambat. Dapat bilik baru, juga menghadap kolam, terus check dan try guna air panas shower, try limpah kan air di lantai dulu sebelum setuju. Iron board pula takde, hair dryer sama juga takde macam bilik awal tadi, aircond sama kuat, langsir sama jenis mudah tersangkut. Breakfast makan berlima (tambahan 3 orang bayar asing) nasi lemak sedap (sambal memenuhi selera), mee goreng sedap, ada mushroom sup, mee tom yam kuah dia sedikit masin, ada pelbagai roti dan sedikit buah, sayangnya takde pesanan untuk egg counter. View restoren menghadap kolam dan pantai adalah bagus. Kolam bagus dan menarik. Cuma banyak kena sediakan bilik air yg bersih dan mencukupi kerana orang luar (bukan guest) bebas masuk untuk ke kolam dengan bayaran tertentu. Sangat ramai orang luar berkumpul. Major isu, hotel ni sudah agak lama, kemudahan uzur, perabot ketinggalan zaman, perlu ubah management atau owner baru yg sudi melabur.

pangsapuri dengan satu bilik, walaupun ia sangat luas. tetapi bilik kelihatan sedikit terbiar dan berdebu. tiada yang istimewa selain lokasi yang strategik. pengawal sangat mesra, dan daftar masuk dan keluar sangat cepat. sebelah lain, bilik sangat dekat dengan pantai, hanya 100m berjalan kaki sudah sampai ke pantai. pantai mempunyai air bersih, pasir sangat bersih. jadi sangat berbaloi untuk tinggal di sini.

Cadre exceptionnel. La bâtisse ,de style espagnol , est au cœur d’un immense terrain arboré. Le cadre est paisible on s’y sent très bien. Les parties communes sont agréables, il en est de même des chambres( literie confortable et climatisation non agressive) . Le personnel est très avenant et au service des hôtes . Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier l’hôtesse d’accueil qui est très sympathique et disponible. En clair c’est un endroit que je recommande, nous avons tous adoré notre séjour chez casa Titik. Félicitations aux propriétaires. C’est une adresse qu’on garde précieusement pour un prochain retour en Malaisie 🇲🇾
