IistalagmitesStayed overnight. Service was good. Got free cendol following their social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook.
Car parking is limited. Room has very small window. Might be claustrophobic to some. Sound proofing was not very good. You can hear people walking in the hallway and even the preparation in the restaurant area (We stayed in room 122 and it was the first room you see right after the door in the ground floor). Mobile data is hard to access inside the rooms as well. They do provide wifi but inside the room was quite slow. Water pressure is quite not strong as I preferred but tolerable. Breakfast has limited choices but all were good. Especially the kuihs. We got welcome drinks and snack when we checked in.
Location was really goodand is easy to drive to. Jonker Walk was indeed walkable.
Over-all the stay overnight was okay. But I recommend to book rooms with windows 😅

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

JJuliana TohLovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

VVinothini VijayakumaranThis was my first time staying at this hotel in Melaka, and it was a comfortable stay for my husband, our 1-year-old son, and me. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.

AAnonymous UserWorth the price. The staff are nice and friendly, and they kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout without any extra charges, which we really appreciated. They r also generous with pillows.
For room service, i ordered nasi goreng kampung Morten. it was delicious, except for the sambal belacan which could be improved.
Cons: Room slippers are only provided for suite rooms. It would be great if they could provide slippers for all room types, as it’s uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the room carpet

Cleanliness is maintained at a moderate level. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which adds to the overall experience. The highlight of the stay is the FunPlay water park—kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would likely visit again.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at MapleHome me and my nephew Booking 2 rooms we can't wait to enjoy the atmosphere of the pool after arriving at the pool, I was surprised that the pool was closed while I was sad because at the beginning my intention was to take them to stay for swimming I didn't feel good with my family ,
Finally I went back to the hotel to rest until morning, the hotel is nice the place is crowded with lively people easily the swimming pool can be even better because the view from the pool is beautiful thank you

SSYUKRI MORTAZAA very meaningful experience for us and the kids. The children were very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold, and the shower in the bathroom had multiple functions. The swimming pool was spacious and not too deep. The kids' pool was very comfortable.

The room is clean but can tell the furniture are all aged. The curtain just one layer if open during the day is too sunny and hot.
The corridor towards the room are open not as expected.
My friend’s room aircond remote has no screen and the aircond is working, cant adjust the fanspeed. And there is no hair dryer provided.
Yes the carpark is free,its indoor.
I thought i lost my pillow at the lobby the staff said they dont receive any lost and found for my pillow, then when i check out i found my pillow at the security’s desk
