I’m writing this review because I had an amazing experience with one of the guest service staff members at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Minbahadur Ghimire. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to help with everything, from making sure the TV was working smoothly to setting up Netflix for me, made my stay feel personalized and truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are kept spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every meal was fresh, and the dining experience was a highlight of my stay. The only area that could use improvement is the gym. The equipment is outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. With newer machines and more options, the gym would certainly set the hotel apart even more. Aside from that, the hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s right on the waterfront, close to many attractions, and provides easy access to everything Baltimore has to offer. Overall, my experience was great, and I highly recommend staying here! This version highlights the staff first, as requested, then provides details about the hotel and amenities, including the gym feedback.

We were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

As someone who values discernment when it comes to choosing accommodations, I was initially hesitant about booking a stay at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Baltimore, especially given it's mixed reviews & somewhat secluded location within a gated area. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Upon arrival, Keith at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The suite i stayed in was not only clean but also remarkably spacious. The comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations exceeded my expectations. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the reasonable pricing, which included free parking. Overall, my stay at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Baltimore was positive. From the courteous staff to the spacious accommodations and convenient amenities, it was a pleasant surprise and a great choice for my trip. Based on my experience I would recommend it to fellow travelers.

Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in June 2024 for a wedding. Everything was wonderful; super comfortable beds, very clean hotel, & a Starbucks & restaurant on location. Also great places in walking distance for food & entertainment. The very best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff who are always kind & helpful. Two of the staff that stand out the most work at the front desk Kimeka & Trudie who can handle just about anything while remaining professional. I would surely stay at this beautiful hotel again while in the area. I give the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor a five star rating.

酒店地理位置優越安全，靠近巴爾的摩內港旁邊，風景優美，附近都是高端商務樓和歷史景點，晚上走走特別美麗。 典型的美式早餐，品種不多，雞蛋，麵包和水果絕對能吃飽，服務員態度特別好。每周三晚上可以享受一頓免費的晚餐，提供稀有的蔬菜色拉，意外之喜。大堂有24小時的免費咖啡和熱水，根據需要自行取用。 客房服務有一天沒有提供洗臉毛巾，在攜程客服的溝通下，後面幾天有了很大的改進。有一天晚上馬桶突然堵住，不過樓層服務人員和維修人員及時來做了疏通，沒有對居住造成影響。總體來說，推荐居住。

I rarely post bad reviews of hotels but we were not impressed. Parking is very limited, they need more counter space in the bathroom, we had no extra toilet paper and the girl at the front desk seemed annoyed when I asked for some, it's not a breakfast, it's a few store bought pastries and warm juice. At night the door slammed outside of our room from the stair entrance LOUDLY and woke me up constantly. The shower door wouldn't close. The ac wasn't the best. We stayed four nights and asked for a room refresh on day three when we went out and about. I was returned to the hotel early afternoon and they forgot. They must have seen us come in and realized they forgot and the man at the front desk came in to empty the garbage while we were laying in bed=awkward. The only positive was Terence at the front desk. Enjoyed chatting with him and he's very personable. The area is not the best despite what they might tell you. We won't be back.
