Hotel 3-Star di Melaka, Malaysia

The room was clean and came with standard amenities. The best part of booking here was the parking they provided. The service was good, and the check-in process was simple and straightforward. No cash deposit was required. Even when I checked out three hours earlier than noon the next day, they still allowed me to park my car there until 12:30 PM until we were ready to go back to KL. I really appreciate that, as usually there are charges. My overall experience at this 3-star hotel was good.

Nice , cozy and clean hotel. Even with a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. It also gives a complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. Nearby to jonker walk street can just go by walking. Recommended and will come back to stay again.

Beautiful hotel, reception is very helpful and check-in went smoothly, housekeeping is friendly and delivers the items we requested accurately, complete amenities in the room, complete facilities such as swimming pool and gym, comfortable beds and pillows for sleeping, overall everything is good and I will repeat again in the future.

The room clean and nice. Reasonable price. Surrounder alot of restaurant and cafe and convenient shop. Just feel. Annoyed on motorists sound during midnight, window no sound proof at all... Awke few times. Overall 6/10 star.

Arrived evening amd check inn was smooth. The room was great and cleanliness acceptable. Just parking had to find ourself. All was good and will return back in future.

Stayed at Arenaa Deluxe Hotel for a recent business trip with a co-worker, and it offered a pleasant and convenient experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and suited for a short business stay. We appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed us to get work done efficiently. The location was strategic, with easy access to nearby eateries and essential services. While it's a no-frills hotel, it served its purpose well for our business needs. A solid choice for budget-conscious business travelers.

1) There is a special parking lot for hotel guests where you enter and exit using a room card. The receptionist is friendly and kind, just a bit disappointed because I thought the room would be spacious like in the picture. 2) There is a safety box, a few small hot drink cups that are not suitable for drinks (espresso cups), luggage storage can fit up to 2 or 3 pieces of luggage. Normal TV broadcasts, some of them have no sound at all. TV remote that runs out of battery (called housekeeping but they didn't send it at all). 3) The bathroom is clean but only supplied with a shower pump. No toothbrush and toothpaste. There is also a hairdryer. The housekeeping staff is very unfriendly 4) We have 5 people in a family, including the extra bed, this room is too narrow. So I don't recommend it for families with more than 5 people. The hotel is in the city center, only 5 minutes walk to Menara Taming Sari. Can avoid traffic jams.

The room exceeded my expectations. This is a fantastic hotel – very spacious and immaculately clean. It's my second time staying here. Hotels with balconies are quite rare in this area, but this one has a lovely little balcony.
