Grand Hyatt Goa

Enormous grounds, (you need a buggy to get around), but the service was excellent, as was the food, and the bed super comfortable. The room was extremely dark because of all the dark wood decor. In my opinion, they need a lot more lights or brighter ones, as not everyone has 2020 vision. The spa was lovely too, but hard to get an appointment. I managed to squeeze in a half hour neck and back massage, which was wonderful. Don’t get a pool view room if you like peace and quiet. Overall, a nice experience.

On my list of hotels this absolutely awesome luxurious hotel stands out in top 3 in Goa with its impeccable service quality and more so the guest commitment be it an Elite or a normal guest . The upkeep of this magnanimous luxury hotel is simply outstanding and so have the quality of the rooms and the suites that we have been staying .. kudos to the team and the house keeping efficiency in it's upkeep . Hyatt well recognised globally for their high end delivery in F&B services truly has lived up to it especially in this Hyatt that's as Grand as it stands for and I can see that deliveries coming so dedicatedly by the close involvement of its Head of F&B services Mr Thomas and that's making a big impact on its guests and they and we simply love it . The Morning BF is to die for especially the highend quality of Bakery Products and i can see and feel the hand of a very experienced Pastry Chef ... Such is the team dedication towards their guests. The Expat General Manager at this unit is an all out Guest Centric individual and has well earned his amazing respect over the years for his humbleness and amazing apathy towards his guests and goes that extra mile to get involved and making time to meet and engage , something absolutely important in a leisure hotel ... It's being truly appreciated by you Mr Jaco . The hotel has an amazing Spa treatment centre and I love its dynamics overall . Strongly recommend this luxurious leisure hotel to add to your bucket list or to be here each time you visit Goa and you will never ever regret .

We were in Grand Hyatt Goa in September with couples and kids and had a fabulous time here. The staff is so kid friendly and accommodating to another level. There is so much to do in the entire property for kids and adults that you dont need to step out The hospitality team Jenisha,Om Aditya and the chefs..i dont remember everyones names...all were super hospitable and ready to cater to any special needs with regards to kids. The food was excellent. Even the house keeping team Varsha Suheil Ronit(buggy guy) all were very hospitable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property thanks to its amenities and services and staff

It was a great experience staying with the Hyaat Property. Mridusmita from the team took really good care of every small thing we wanted for our 10 months old baby. They have amazing Spa and other facilties.

We are regular guests at Grand Hyatt for the last several months as our house is under renovation . Each time we get better service than before and staff is super friendly and courteous . Many restaurants on the property give a good choice for food if you do not want to go out . direct access to the beach , lush green garden , children's play area , shopping arcade with a games room , spa, gym , indoor pool , make it a complete package .

Whenever I visit to Goa, atleast one day I book grand Hyatt. If you want to experience luxury and peak hospitality you should come to grad Hyatt. Room space, cleanliness, staff behaviour and food , everything is perfect. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional stay. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was clean, and offered stunning views. The dining options were diverse and delicious, especially the breakfast. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and service—I can’t wait to return!
