Kemudahan di sekelilingnya agak jauh berbanding hotel lain di Thailand, dan ia mengambil masa 15 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke 711 yang terdekat. Ia mengambil masa lapan atau sembilan minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke jalan raya. Kerana kami memandu sendiri, kami tidak merasakan pengangkutan itu tidak begitu mudah. Malam daftar masuk. My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

If you come to Chiang Mai, you should definitely stay in such a place. this place is about 10 km away from the area where night markets are located. It's a great feeling to come here after having fun in the crowd. like a place from heaven. just the sound of birds and crickets. The first thing you see when you wake up is a wonderful garden. the pool is very enjoyable but I wish it didn't close at 8... the staff is friendly and polite. the rooms are clean and very nice. This is the place I want to come back to. Thanks for everything 🌸

It was a very good hotel. Nice staying. The best hotel for this trip. I really loved staying here. I will come again for sure. The rooms are clean and the decoration is nice as well. Worth of money.

While this place is a little off the beaten path it is practically a brand new hotel!! Very clean and nice! Breakfast was included and very good. For value and comfort this place is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Auf der Durchreise haben wir eine Nacht im Easy Hotel verbracht. Für uns hat der Aufenthalt gepasst. Am Morgen gibts sogar noch ein kleines Frühstück mit Khao Tom (Reissuppe), Khao niao sangkhaya (Klebreis mit Ei) Toast, sowie Wasser, Milo oder eine Auswahl an Instantkaffee. Dies alles für THB 750.-.

Excellent services. Allowed 1 hr early checkin and provide bellhop services. The room is neat and clean but lightning needs improvement at nighttime. The sun shines throughout in the afternoon to provide natural light. AC is excellent. The luggage storage is in a safe room which I appreciate. Unlike most hotels that luggage storage in in open lovey where theft can easily occur. The room price is more expensive than most of its peer. I never try the breakfast because of the bad reviews.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

I stay at room 108 Room facilities, pool are good, I got information while checked in at the lobby staffs told me that’s the breakfast will be serve to room service. And they asked us to pre-order but it turned up our breakfast is buffet and no one informed us. Staffs are not recognize us we stay for 5 days. I booked for massage 3 hours the massage lady was very nice and professional but no one informed me for the price, after finished message I went to pay for deposits for an extra room that I booked for my friend just for 1 nice. Deposit was give 1000 baht and I wanna pay for 3 hours massages but the staff said no charge so I said I will pay later So early in the morning I checked out and tried to settle everything and try to paid my message bill again the staff said no change. How can the hotel depar**ent d not have cash flow for staffs if guests need to change or staffs have any intention? The female staff who is on duty while I’m check out the hotel also stand to block my parking way as she was Ob the phone I have to horn her and she slowly move Sometime need to brief the staffs to be me more professional
