The hospitality is so great. Even we cancel in due misunderstanding of booking, the hotel understand it and help us. Recommended!!!

Dall'esterno sembra un bell'albergo con reception 24 ore. Ascensore esterno in vetro. Noi avevamo una camera al 4 piano probabilmente una delle più belle. Camera spaziosa con vetrate sulla città. Purtroppo le lenzuola erano sporche, la doccia molto datata da cui usciva solo acqua fredda. Nessuna cassaforte. Insomma servizi non adeguati agli standard attuali

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Centrally located hotel with close proximity to several tourist attractions. Also have clean rooms & good spread of breakfast. Hotel workers also provided friendly & efficient services whenever required.

Nice hotel to stay at Aceh. It easy to access and have nice spread for their breakfast. They also have nice coffee to get at their hotel cafe/restaurant. Just make sure you ask for room with windows so you can enjoy Aceh view from your room.

Ini adalah kali ke-3 saya datang ke hotel ini untuk kolamnya. 2 lawatan terakhir adalah ”baik” tetapi kali ini benar-benar tidak masuk akal. Kami datang selepas diberitahu (oleh kakitangan hotel) bahawa anda boleh membawa orang dan duduk di kawasan kolam tanpa membayar yuran masuk selagi anda tidak berenang. Kemudian kami membawa 3 kanak-kanak, kami merancang bahawa hanya suami saya dan anak-anak akan berenang, dan saya boleh duduk dan menonton mereka. Kemudian, selepas kami berada di kolam renang, kakitangan berkata bahawa saya perlu membayar hanya untuk duduk dan menonton mereka berenang. WTH! Dan mereka berkata bahawa ia adalah peraturan baharu yang baru digunakan pada hari itu. Ok, saya bersetuju untuk hanya membayar untuk suami dan anak-anak saya (50k/orang) dan saya menunggu di lobi. Apa yang paling mengejutkan saya apabila saya duduk di lobi, saya melihat mereka masih meletakkan risalah pintu masuk kolam dengan hanya 30k/orang. Saya menyemak semula kepada kakitangan dan dia berkata bahawa ia adalah harga lama. Kemudian saya menyemak akaun instagram mereka dan ia juga mengatakan harganya adalah 30k. Hakikatnya, kami telah membayar 50k/seorang sejak beberapa bulan lalu (ia bukan harga baharu). Jadi dari sini kita boleh lihat kakitangan mereka tidak ambil kisah langsung dengan promo update hotel mereka. Saya terfikir, adakah anda akan memilih hotel dengan kakitangan yang cuai? Bagi saya, saya benar-benar tidak mahu kembali ke hotel ini lagi untuk sebarang sebab! PS: Saya terlupa untuk mengambil gambar ”promo kolam lama” mereka sebelum saya memberikan risalah kepada kakitangan.

Hotel located in the crowded street. Easy to find foods. Air con okay. No international tv channel. Since I'm coming in fasting month, they delivered the breakfast into my room. Bathroom quite large. The bad side is the lamp in the room is too dark and no window.

Found this well rated hotel after a disappointing stay elsewhere. Grrreat place, grrrreat staff, good food, and some nice techy things. Room very spacious, OK airconditioning, bed very very good, slept like a dream. Separate shower and toilet. Good water pressure in shower, nice products. Good wifi throughout the whole hotel, and, love this, your key card automatically gives you access to your floor, but not to others, and only back down to ground floor. Very secure, applause! Breakfast and. Restaurant simple but adequate, great staff! Always warm welcome by reception staff and doormen. Am well impressed, super value for money, and great product with the kindest staff. Go and stay here !
