meskipun kamar yg type terbawah cukup kecil, but surprisingly it doesn't matter tetep nyaman.

Everything is perfect. Staff at receptionist counter is so kind. He allowed me early check-in as early at 12Noon. Wifi is good and fast. Breakfast is delicious. Sure will stay here again.

Strategic location next to Suzuya mall, roundabout and eateries. The staff were helpful and nice, rooms were clean and relatively new. Breakfast was nice as well. The only downside is the provided towels were too small for the average person and they don't look clean.

I love everything about the hotel only the bath towel is a pit small😂

It was good to stay, staff was friendly, cleanliness and breakfast was good. But, the bathroom was separated with the toilet, and the sink inside room, it was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is located strategically at the heart of Banda Aceh city. The hotel size is small, but don't be tricked by it size. They provide 5 star service toward you. I also really enjoy foods they provide. Really recommend for travellers who wants strategic located hotel and also wants Great Experience in Hospitality.

Good attitude and services from the staff. This is my first visit the hotel, I think it's an alternative, cause my office always used Ayani hotel. About the room, I think the hotel must adding a cupboard (or something like that) currently isn't enough for me.

We come as a group from Malaysia. They are very accommodative. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Nearby with supermarket and restaurants. Smoking room also available. Satisfying breakfast menu. Other menu also delicioussss

Found this well rated hotel after a disappointing stay elsewhere. Grrreat place, grrrreat staff, good food, and some nice techy things. Room very spacious, OK airconditioning, bed very very good, slept like a dream. Separate shower and toilet. Good water pressure in shower, nice products. Good wifi throughout the whole hotel, and, love this, your key card automatically gives you access to your floor, but not to others, and only back down to ground floor. Very secure, applause! Breakfast and. Restaurant simple but adequate, great staff! Always warm welcome by reception staff and doormen. Am well impressed, super value for money, and great product with the kindest staff. Go and stay here !
