A cheap hotel located very close to the train station. So in terms of location it’s very convenient - only a few subway stops from the interesting places. In terms of service, just standard. Regarding cleanliness, this can be improved. It’s a cheap hotel and is rough around the edges. For a short stay, no problem; but longer, there are other better hotels for similar prices.

Check in smooth despite not speaking the same language, comfy room which was mostly clean, location a little far from the city but very good for the railway station, recommend to anyone who needs to be close to the station

The location is excellent. Just opposite the train station and walking distance to Tianyige Lake and museum. The room was clean and basic, but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, even though it was a “nonsmoking room”. I chose this hotel specifically because Trip.com showed that all the rooms were nonsmoking, and it was given a good review in Trip.com and the Lonely Planet guidebook. The window did not latch closed and therefore the room was quite humid. Our treatment by the staff was terrible. Only one out of 5 staff members was kind and warm to us. The others looked at us suspiciously and didn’t even greet us back when we greeted them. The employee who checked us in spent 20 minutes copying every single page of our passports (despite that we have China residency visas and have lived here for several years). When we asked her if that was necessary because no other hotel in China has ever done this to us, she told us her manager had told her to do it. The other front desk employees scowled at us when we returned later that night. We will choose another hotel next time we visit Ningbo.

Very convenient location. Took the subway from Ningbo Airport. Just took me a while to find where to cross the street from Ningbo Railway Station to Hotel. - walking distance to Subway, Railway and South Bus Station (around 10-15 min walk) Stayed here for our day-trip to Mount Putuo, took a bus to Wugongshi Wharf and back. Then took a bullet train to Shanghai.

The hotel is opposite the train station. The location is close to scenic spots. The hotel was neat and good for a night stay, but the staff weren’t so friendly
