Good strategic location and near to amenities. Second time visit to this hotel as we booked the room with bigger space especially the Naripan Wing. Breakfast was good with many varieties and the service was excellent especially the doorman (Sugeng) was very friendly and helpful. Will recomend to friends in S’pore!!

Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

Perfect weekend stay. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing staff and delicious food. The garden with the waterfall and fish bonds were added bonus. The swimming pool area with life music in the evening was also lovely. I also enjoyed the coffee shop with different varieties of coffee.

Hotel lama tapi masih selesa..Lokasi berdekatan dengan stesen Bandung, berhampiran Pascal Mall. Banyak pilihan makanan. Bagi bilik pula, bagus, cuma nampak lama sebab hotel ni agak lama. Tetapi perkhidmatan yang sangat baik.

Everything was great, we didn't want to go home, ended up extending our stay to 3 nights, we got free club access. The service was very good especially Kak Dewi, from the front desk, she is very patient when assisting us during the check-in process. The rooms are big, with separate shower and bathtub. The amenities are outstanding, from toiletries to pillow options. The hotel is a kid-friendly property, with heated swimming pool and sand play area, so make sure to bring your children along. Definitely one of the best hotels in Bandung.

Old hotel but well maintained. Didn't book room with breakfast coz it's so close to Braga we prefer to enjoy walking for culinary along Braga street. Used to stay in Savoy when I was still a kid, more than 35 yrs ago.

Its all good..top to toe...from check in, room is clean (Pillow, curtains ok), Bathroom clean, variative breakfast menu (Sate ayam, sate padang, siomay, bandros its delicious ) thats what I like. Worth it spend our holiday in this hotel.

Dari segi kebersihan ya lumayan bersih cuma ada sisa sisa rambut gitu kayanya kurang bener bersihinnya,terus selimutnya lembab kaya blm kering gitu,area bangku juga banyak yg basah Kalo kamar mandi bersih dan kering,toiletrisnya jg lengkap,cuma kesetnya kurang cuma ada 1 dikamar mandi,sabun nya bocor sampe ke bathub, Secara lokasi sangat strategis, kemana aja deket,banyak tmpt makan dkt Alfamart dan Indomart tinggal jalan kaki Untuk pelayanannya aga lama ya,harusnya check in jam 2 ini sampe jam 3 lebih,parah sih wkwkwk wkt gue jadi terbengkalai Udah gitu pas abis balik dari luar malem malem lift nya error pdhal kamar gue di lantai 6 Kalo untuk foto hotelnya estetik bagus
