Room is good but power on an off an its happen several time buffet is not that standard for a Marriot hotel standard Location is ok as it next to shopping an IT companies Have at least 1 hour to travel to airport

Bell boy was biased to provide better service to Caucasian customers and not attentive. Despite great efforts from the staff, TV in room remains unusable for two days. Though the house keeping team are hard-working, the hotel is worn down and need to be refurbished.

I don’t had the best experience in this Marriott brand hotel, once I got into the room I felt instante the smell of the mold,maybe because of the AC. Then I found a cockroach in the bathroom! It’s was only for one night but I definitely will not stay there again!

2인 조식 포함 4박을 예약하였으나 조식 불포함 이라고 안내를 받아 수차례 예약증을 보여주며 이야기하였으나 여행사로 직법 이야기하라고 하며 예약한 여행사에서 예약정보가 조식 불포함으로 넘어왔다고 했습니다. 트립닷컴에 이야기를 하니 상담원 3명이 돌아가며 같은 이야기를 물어보고...상담원 3명 모두 환불해주겠다고 하였으나 4일이 지났는데도 환불되지 않고, 호텔에 조식을 안먹었다는 내용을 추가로 확인해야 한다고 합니다. 그러다가 갑자기 3박째에 호텔에서 조식을 포함시켜주겠다라는 메일을 받아서 메일받은 날짜와 시간 등을 지우고 제 개인메일에 이제 호텔 조식 포함되었다고 3박째 밤 11시 넘어서 전달해놨습니다. 트립닷컴의 이러한 무례함과 비상식적인 응대에 다시 항의하니까, 호텔에 전화 연락이 안된다고 하며 시간만 끌고 있습니다. 일단 호텔 로비에 있는 프론트 여직원들은 무례하였으며, 트립닷컴은 무책임 하였습니다. 트립닷컴을 통해 수년간 다양한 호텔과 항공을 예약하고 이용해왔는데 정말 실망스럽습니다. 신속한 환불 요청합니다.

Worst experience with the food and staff ever. Little did i know that me asking for two chapatis after the buffet hours would bring cold leftovers to my plate and absolutely rude behaviour of the staff . I had the meal without any complaints since I did not have anything since morning. I hated the ambience and the staff doesn't treat the CORP bookings guests as they would treat someone paying from their own pockets and bring in the cash flow to the hotel . Worst experience ever.

Was checked in by 3am, They prepared the room well and neat in the previous day itself. Kids bed was also neat and clean. Chef Mr Shabir was really good with pleasing personality. Hospitality was very good.

We made a reservation through dine out, while reaching at the entry of Kava restaurant staff there were least bother to acknowledge or even greet us. After hardly getting with one of the staff he just excused himself and vanished in thin air, once table was allotted neither of the staff asked for water or any menu which was presented to us ,same condition was seen on different tables. Checking with one the server opted for ala carte most of the items we desired were not there. For god knows what significant task was handed over to them that they neglected us and were to busy setting up a long table. Left from there feeling completely dissatisfied and disappointed being from hospitality background this was the worst experience one could face. Thanks to Saloni at reception who genuinely listened and acknowledged our concern. If not her I don’t really think the staff would know or even consider checking with us for what went wrong. Only thing we were served was platter full of disappointment.

Worst hotel ever I have stayed in.They don’t care about their guests at all .Worst management ever.Worst food quality & services . There were stones in rice..They don’t provide in room dining at all . You will be forced to go to the buffet. And the staff is super rude .

Worst hotel experience ever! If I could give negative stars I would. Arrived in the early morning after traveling for 24 hours with my 6 year old. After having to argue with the front staff was placed in a room with a dirty toothbrush on the counter. We were tired so I did not say anything. I tried to sleep but the power and air conditioning went out 4 times and I would have to call front desk to have someone fix it. They are doing construction on the property so it was very loud. My daughter was terrified about how loud the noises were. We could not sleep and were expected to be at an event tonight but could not because lack of sleep. The bathroom shower had not been cleaned in a very long time and had mold. Decided I could not stay here, and booked at the Sheraton to have some quiet. Tried to cancel my future days but was met with extreme resistance by manager. He wanted to charge me for my entire trip. My friend is supposed to arrive tomorrow refuses to stay after hearing my experience. When talking to manger he admitted he knew the bathroom had mold and they still put a small child in that room. He knowing exposed a child to mold illness. He refused to refund me my terrible night here and offered to pack me a sack lunch to make up for my bad experience. The customer service here is subpar and they willing are exposing people to mold.
