Ulasan Dorint Kongresshotel Mannheim

It was a really nice hotel, I had a very good stay and the hospitality was top notch

출장으로 이용했는데 무난하고 좋았습니다. 위치는 인근에서 좋은 편이고 정류장도 근차라 편리하고요. 단지 주차장이 유료인데 가격이 아주 적지가 않아 이점은 감안하시면 좋을 것 같네요. 감사합니다

An der Rezeption ließ der Service beim Checkout zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ok. Die Lage war super. Die Ausstattung im Comfort Zimmer ist veraltet (zum Beispiel gab es einen sehr kleinen und alten Fernseher). Das Badezimmer und das Bett waren hervorragend.

位置非常方便，周邊吃飯，逛街都很便利，離水塔也很近，房間很大，主要床墊是硬的，不像別的歐洲酒店床墊非常軟。

Gepflegtes Hotel im Zentrum vom Mannheim gleich am Wasserturm gelegen. Zimmer angenehme Größe. Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

地點方便，距離mannheim火車站步行大約15分鐘，行李少的話可以直接走過去，多行李的話建議打車，因為要過很多馬路 酒店大堂不大，check in很快，reception很有禮貌，房間正常德國酒店設備間隔，早餐選擇一般。整體來說不過不失

Clean renovated rooms. The neighboring rooms were 2 families that felt it was ok to leave their trash outside their door, leave their doors open even when they were in their sleepwear. Getting an actual invoice only possible if you don't pay in advance since the Dorint reservation person said that ******* already sent me a receipt(but not invoice) Every other hotel with ******* gave me an invoice. So this week I did not pay and got an invoice. Annoying that Dorint has not figured a way to accommodate its repeat business clients.

All personnel are friendly and polite!

Really friendly staff, reception staff spoke both English and German (and probably many other languages). The room was spacious and £150 was a bargain.

Located in the city center, it is easy to access shopping and dining venues. Hotel and room were in good condition. We didn’t try the breakfast as many outside bakery shops offer a sandwich and coffee for a more lower price. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Everything was good. Great location. Clean. The only issue (with probably most hotels here) is that the double bed consists of two separate mattresses next to each other with two separate blankets. No queen/king size beds.

Great location downtown Manheim, nice cozy clean room with air-conditioning plus we were offered a fan. They allow pets which was great with plenty of places to go potty and the breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we’ve had. ask for an omelette and they will cook it for you perfectly
