Its a great hotel, I always prefer to stay in 4Points by Sheraton if its in the area I am travelling to. FPBS at Whitefield has great staff & are very comforting, they gave us an upgrade free of cost & even provided early checkin and late check out. thanks so much for the cooperation!! 💐✅

Great service by Dipali! Totally enjoyed my dinner! She was attentive and provided great care! I saw that she extended the same level of care and efficiency to other diners as well! This helps to reinforce the good impression of the hotel! Well done Dipali!

Dipali was very helpful with the special breakfast order. The indian and fusion food taste really good. The beer next door tastes excellent and tasty. The hotel room service is excellent and the laundry service i would say is top notch and we loved it.

I was very happy with the hotel and services provided overall. Rooms were kept very clean and tidy which is expected from a Marriott Bonvoy brand hotel. Gym ok for basic excersices (dumbbells up to 15kgs, adjustable bench, machine, 2 treadmills, ellipticals, bicycle). Pool was nice to have, tried only once. Big thanks goes to the Eatery team during my stay: Chandan, Satya, Divali, who served dishes on order and guided me.

The amazing hotel paired with amazing hospitality…I’ve been a frequent traveller but have not seen the hospitality and warmth I’ve received here. Great staff, quick service, excellent property. Im definitely gonna come here again soon.

Service has been excellent but in room few deficiencies were observed like A.c was not affective water drainage not working, Water drainage not working leaving feet dirty even after taking a shower, extra bed placed injured me and my son. Satyabrat, deepali and chef surandarm were a delight to interact with.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week while on a business trip. The servers in the restaurant, especially Samina, were wonderful, courteous and pleasant. Whenever I ask for anything they always respond with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, serviced daily; and I slept well each night. All the staff, especially guest services, responded to all my requests promptly and was always polite and courteous. Love the idea of having resident hotel taxi service. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I come to Bangalore.

It was a pleasure staying at Four Points by Sheraton with its cordial staff and great food. The rooms are pleasant and comfy to make you feel refreshed. With staff like Gaurav, Samina and many more they make the stay amazing. This has been one of best experiences from check in to check out during a stay.

I was here on a business trip snd they have a lot of breakfast options. They also have live counter and lot of Dosa and eggs to order. Pancakes are good. Samina was very helpful and polite in serving the dishes. Rooms are clean and spacious. Thanks
