Room was very clean and spacious, where they provided coffee maker , kettle , water , television, fan.
Pool was well maintained and was not having much bleach smell .
Food Menu they have on thier own , which was acceptable and taste was good , overall service was excellent by staff people.

I’ve always loved a night at the oberoi I felt brand new after spending two days there relaxing and eating great food. They have a great breakfast, Japanese restaurant and chill out door area.

Hotel president is well located and has good restaurants - gufha and andhra ruchulu. The breakfast had a good spread. The room was compact and neat. The issue is with the bathroom that was very small. Also, after one person takes a bath, there is water all over. Maybe the room is suitable for an individual but not for a couple. This was our third visit to this hotel. We had a different type of room in our previous visits that were more spacious and also had larger bathrooms.

Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

We chose this place primarily for its convenient location near our event, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, featuring a functional TV—a rarity these days. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room service was excellent. With its prime location and thoughtful amenities, it proved to be the perfect choice for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

The superior rooms in which we stayed were spacious and good.The ameneties in the room were good as everything was provided for a basic need.The staff was good and polite and the food was excellent.Only thing worth needing attention is the upkeep of bathroom.
Also the outside noise of the buses honking nearby needs to be taken care of by sound barriers.

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

PPengguna TetamuAthulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.
