The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

Arranged to stay here for 3 nights as the prices were quite affordable got here around 11:30 and was lucky to get an early check in, the reception and the front house were very warm and friendly always with a smile, the room was great as there was everything i needed for a stay for work.

Fantabulous and memorable experience to me, humble receiving by the staff, excellent room servicing, yummy and mouth watering food, nice view, with full of security comfortable stay for family & children with all the amenities provided.

Our experience at the royal orchid central was superb, the staff were really cool and the housekeeping was impeccable, the breakfast was also fresh with fruits, juices and almost all kinds of breakfast possible, there was a wide variety of options. Totally enjoyed it👍🏻

It is very convenient located just a few minutes away from the metro station and the shopping spots, the breakfast at Ging has really good choices, we also ate twice in the hotel for dinner at Ging and we really liked as the view was also pleasant.

The wonderful location of the hotel made my stay even better, the service team was awesome, they made sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable, we had a meeting in one of the banquet halls as well and it went well, we always choose this hotel for meeting as they provide us with excellent service and are very professional, special mention to Ms Amrutha for providing us with good service.

I visited this hotel for a business stay and the service was excellent, I am happy with the staff and food at pinxx was awesome, the gym also had all the equipments that I needed, the spa was great as well was very relaxing, the location is the best part would highly recommend for people who are traveling for business purpose.

The room is well maintained, staffs ae really nice. The hotel in placed next to MG road and have full access to all transportation services. The room boy Tarun Shimoga is very professional appreciate his timely response. Overall the service is best.

I liked the location everything is relatively close, quite clean and great food options in pinxx, I would say that this hotel is very convenient for a business stay, the rooms are ideal for solo travelers ,I would like revcommend to my family and friends

The stay at Royal Orchids was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food and the location is in a very convenient location where you can finish your business meetings and relax in the restaurant which has an excellent view or just stroll around to visit MG road
