Walaupun pintunya sangat besar dan mewah, kemudahan di dalam bilik itu sangat lama, kecil dan menyedihkan. Terdapat bau aneh di dalam bilik semasa saya berpindah, seolah-olah ia baru dilekatkan? Oleh itu, hotel meletakkan pembersih udara yang berasingan di dalam bilik, tetapi pembersih ini sangat bising dan kuat...tidak bersuara. Saya membuat tempahan selama tiga hari, tetapi pada hari ketiga saya rasa saya tidak boleh menginap, saya berbincang dengan hotel untuk bayaran balik untuk satu hari, tetapi pihak hotel menolak dan mengatakan itu adalah kontrak dengan agensi pelancongan. Namun, saya langsung tidak menyertai mana-mana agensi pelancongan. Pendek kata, tiada bayaran balik, tiada rundingan, maklum balas negatif.

Good location, can get your daily stuff easily.. and McDonald’s is just across the road. Great breakfast at the hotel, especially the croissant and pastries … ate almost every day … fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside… only one shortfall.. the lift… almost every time waited very long for the lift. Self laundry available in the hotel.

Located within walking distance to Mongkok / Olympic MTR stations, the hourly shuttle bus also provided good access to the MTR and other main locations in Kowloon. Facilities was alright. But the washing machine / dryer was a life saver as i travelled light. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough

Nice and clean hotel nearby Mongkok area. The location is good and in a quiet area. The distance to the nearest metro station is about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel offer a very convenient free bus that links the hotel with Mongkok MTR station/Temple Street/K11/ East Kowloon railway station. The breakfast is simple and with less options for continental breakfast. There is no cappuccino but only americano/espresso coffee. Hope the breakfast offer can improve.

Extremely easy to book with Trip.com for this hotel. Hotel are in excellent location. You won't go hungry. Roast Goose or Siu Yuk are plenty. Not to mention other restaurant. Shops are just within a few steps. Near Olympic MTR Station but you need to walk casually 10 minutes. Bus stop just across this hotel. Easy to navigate. Hotel staffs are friendly and approachable. Room are good in terms of space. HOWEVER TOOTHBRUSH you need to buy in vending machine at ground floor of this hotel or 7Eleven nearby. Breakfast are good spread with QUALITY. Enough to fill up your tummy before Exploring Hong Kong.

Good convenient hotel for travelers. The rooms are a bit small but location is just excellent. Also the lifts are quite slow in the morning. Sometimes need to wait for 10 mins for one. However overall stay is comfortable, peaceful and not noisy at all. Staff is very helpful and kind too.

Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Room was small can barely open a suitcase to unpack, bathroom had little to no counter space to put toiletries like your tooth brush etc. but clean, location was okay not so much shops and eatery around especially after 8-9pm.

The convenient location and free shuttle service are definite plus points.

A Cosy and Simple Stay with Great Amenities I was pleasantly surprised by its cosy and simple ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was easy to find, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to several places, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, there was one minor downside to my stay. My room was located right next to the lift, and the noise from the lift could be a bit disruptive. Additionally, the hotel has only two lifts, and they tend to be a tad slow, which can be inconvenient during peak times. Overall, despite the lift issue, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent shuttle service.

Smooth check in and check out experience (1.30am) and professional & pleasant front desk staffs. Clean and tidy room. No amenities such as shaver, tooth brush or toothpaste provided. You have to buy at the machine in lobby if you need one. Great city view.
