Sama seperti hotel ekspres rangkaian, grednya lebih tinggi daripada hotel ekspres. Bilik bersih dan bersih, tilam dan bantal sangat selesa. Lokasi: Pengangkutan mudah, bersebelahan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, bertentangan dengan 711, terdapat pasar hujung minggu berdekatan, dan taman dengan persekitaran yang baik. Dari segi kemudahan: tiada kolam renang. Suasana persekitaran: Orang Cina hidup lebih banyak. Dari segi perkhidmatan: kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat sopan, termasuk kakitangan pembersihan, yang sangat baik dan sentiasa menyambut orang dengan senyuman.

location was quite far away from airport but other thn that , everything is great ! enjoyed my stay there & I’ll definitely go back to the same hotel again ! highly recommended but if you’re rushing off to the airport by car .. I would reccomend u to leave earlier 😅

Spoiler alert - I've had significant problems with Marriott recently. We tried Best Western as much out of desperation as anything, using the BW status match to get Diamond Elite. Conclusion is one word - amazing! I've tried status matches before but they have rarely paid off. The Best Western offer and outcomes though are superb. We were matched immediately to the top tier and were offer a new promotion as soon as we joined. Took it and now have 10,000 points on a roll and just booked our next stay for the end of the month. Try it... it's a great offer! To the hotel... I used to stay on Soi 18 a decade o so ago and had forgotten this little corner of the Sukhumvit area. The world has changed drastically since then but Soi 20 has signs of life and so we were quite happy when we rolled up to the BW Plus @ 20. It is not a big property, there are (very) limited parking options and it doesn't have an onsite catering facility that is open. But... we were upgraded immediately to a suite and those rooms, for the price we paid, would be hard to beat in any property in central Bangkok. Large lounge with a desk; large bathroom - with a bath where I fell asleep one night it was that comfortable! - and double sinks... all the basics there and then the separate bedroom is large and well-appointed. It is not a new property and there were some maintenance issues that needed resolving like some plug sockets not working and no bath plug. But for goodness sake... we paid less than 1500 baht and would have paid three times that (and currently much more, what IS going on with Marriott in Bangkok?) for less facilities along Sukhumvit. The hotel doesn't have F&B but does get a 20% discount at The Deck next door and we had a very decent supper there the second night, good quality food and a broad menu. Compliments also to Kawin, who checked us in the first night and was doing Reception almost single-handedly. No fuss, no bother and very good service. Thank you Kawinm Best Western and we're booked to go back in a couple of weeks time, fingers crossed for that complimentary upgrade (again!). Final message to my friends at Marriott - Best Western are eating your lunch, guys.

5-min walk to St Louis station, very convenient if you are looking to stay close to a BT’s station. Surprised to find it’s a walkable distance to one of the restaurants I’d booked. The complimentary BT’s one-day pass is a very appreciable gesture of goodwill. Unbeatable! The hotel is new and so are the amenities. One of the front desk staff lady is particularly sweet though not all are as passionate. Generally all staff is helpful. Such team makes valuable asset to the hotelZ Failed to open the door with the keycards and went down two times to get the problem solved. It was found out I was given a keycard of another room but it was a small problem, staff are friendly and helpful in getting the problem solved. Toothbrushes were not provided on the first day and I bought one myself, then the next day toothbrushes were refilled, should hv asked the frontdesk before buying …

Best choice if you are going to Lumpinee to watch One Championship, clean & super spacious room, as well friendly professional staff. Its got Great connections into city as well with the train line literally a stone throw from the hotel.
