Of all the hotels available in Bangkok, we chose to stay with Pullman Bangkok Hotel G this time around as we have not stayed here before and usually we'll go with another hotel group's portfolio due to the benefits and all. However, with very little expectations we have, I can say that I am very disappointed with what they offered. We arrived at the hotel 8pm+- but yet our room which is not even a suite or special deco was required. No! Just a standard room we need and paid for. Fine we went for dinner and came back an hour later. Surprisingly, we were given another room type which was the previous design I suppose? We wanted the white room and that's what we have paid for, and no one mentioned to us that it was not available at all. So when we entered the room and found out the room type was different, I called to the front desk to check what happened. The lady who answered my phone cannot handle my questions I guess? She hung up on me, then another lady spoke to me. She said sorry the room type was not available, and she asked me to just take whatever was given. They will find a solution tomorrow. Well, just guess what went through my head. After some high pitch scream we got our room at the end. So... yeap. Sounds like bully. Other than that, location is ok... kind of awkward cuz walking to the BTS is a bittt far but taking a cab is funny. Overall still ok just keep walking... The restaurant / bar at the lobby floor 25 Degree is awwwweeesooommmmeee! Love everything about it! Esp the pancake! Oh ya, breakfast is great too! Yum yum! Pool is quite small though, and can't get much UV for tanning if that's your plan. I won't say it's horrible but won't be in my Top 3 hotel in BKK.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The location is not too bad, there is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with many F&B outlets, and Jodd Fair night market is just located behind the shopping mall. MRT station is right beside the hotel too. Booked for 2 rooms, 1st night, the aircon was leaking very badly & we managed to get the technician to fix it. 3rd day, the housekeeper forgot to put towels in the toilets. When we came back to the hotel after a long day & wanted to take a shower we realised there wasn't any towels in the toilet, so we have to call & wait for the housekeeper to bring us towels. The lift lobby on 17th floor has a strong cigarette smell, this really needs to be improved. We also found a dead cockroach at the lift lobby on 17th floor, & for days no one clears the cockroach.

The Tv and Dvd player in room. Shows it needs improvement to smart tv. Old hotel. But well maintained. Food variety is simple..

I really like the design of the room and spaciousness. Love the cute teapot and cups too, microwave is a bonus especially if we are having too much leftovers from supper and you want to heat it up. One downside regarding the amenities is the bedroom slippers can really improve. I’ve been to other hotels that is not of the same grade of HOMM/banyan and the slipper quality is so much better. The bedroom slippers are thin and that’s ok, thing is it furs and sticks to your feet easily. Another is the wifi, probably worth noting that the wifi they provide is for one device only. I had to call in many times to get multiple wifi codes for other devices. Location is ok, I don’t usually walk fast but can get to Thong Lor BTS in 8 mins under hot weather. I mis read reviews somewhere saying that it’s a 15 mins walk which is untrue and glad I didn’t give up on this accommodation for that reason. The service is ok.

We were going to attend the Harry Styles world on tour. This hotel is walking distance from the stadium

Overall, it was a less than stellar stay at Staybridge Suites. We found that the hotel is very understaffed and lacking in many areas. We arrived at the hotel at about 3.45PM and room was not ready even thought checkin time was 3PM. They are not able to promise a ready room in half an hour either. Additionally, there are no bell boys to assist with luggage when you arrive either. On two separate days, calls to reception to get house keeping to deliver additional water was acknowledged but never fulfilled. I had to go down and ask again. The shower is either burning hot or cold and constantly switches between hot/cold states. Breakfast is another terrible affair. Every dish is cold even at 5.30AM when the restaurant is open. Rice is super hard and cold. Chicken is usually tough like a cardboard. There is only one coffee machine. The small breakfast area for a 30 floor hotel meant that it's very chaotic. All in all, too many glaring issues. I will probably not return.

I would this hotel is nice, room is big enough, location is good but is at the road side of a cross junction hope u would missed the hotel, my grab driver missed.. the staff can’t speak English but she made an effort to used Google translate to help us to communicate.. furthermore I asked a late checkout she tried her best to help cause my plane is at 1700hrs and she managed to get an hour from her superior.. is a good hotel I can said

Very clean, comfortable and affordable stay. Don’t be anxious about the arrival to the hotel, it’s in a neighbourhood and lots of shady, VERY SAFE, side streets. Shopping/Restaurants easy walk, there is a 7-11 literally next door, easy for supplies. Grab cabs and tuk tuks are easy, rides into the city are 20 min and cost off peak 200 - 300 Thai B Breakfast is served between 8am till 10am, get in early as it’ll go cold. Pool amenities are good, it’s water and it’s cool, Staff are super friendly

Had a very nice stay here. Near to BTS (they also offer free shuttle service to BTS), it also has a lot of well-maintained facilities, such as pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, communal room, restaurant, and more. The helpers here are also kind and well-mannered, one of them named PUP, as he helps me with the porter service and helps me repackage my stuff into a box.

This hotel is a little far from everything and its facilities are a little dated (and not well designed). I stayed there on New Year's Eve due to very high prices everywhere else. It's decent accommodation nevertheless.
