Ulasan Heaven Boutique Hotel

The WiFi doesn’t work, they told me only works for Android users (huh?) but I doubt that too because my laptop couldn’t connect either. The place is very noisy at night there’s a bar upstairs with extremely loud music , imagine trying to sleep at a night club, I got headache and couldn’t sleep until the bar is closed. There’s a strong sewage smell coming in to the room. The smell was too strong that woke me up a few times at night and I’m a heavy sleeper. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay here again even if offered for free.

Overall experience was great. During our stay we had a few hours with no water in the faucet without notice. But this is tolerable. You could make hotel more accessible like putting the ramp for easier carrying of luggage up to lowest street level or from parking lot.

Very nice place to stay in BKK, the room was clean and the bathroom very nice.

I needed a hotel the same day and this one had a room available right away, I booked the cheapest room they still had available. The room was nice and clean, but I had no window to see the outside, I did have a window with a mat covering that had an annoying light that stayed on the other side, I also heard noise coming from behind it the entire evening and night, but it wasn't too intrusive once in bed and I had a curtain to cover it. I would say I still recommend this hotel in general as it has very nice amenities and the staff was very friendly, also a plus with the smart TV that had a lot of options to watch your steaming service or YouTube.

Good price for the room but no service. I stayed 3 days every morning i put the shield please make my room outside my door. But never got cleaned. 2 dead cockroaches in my room.

Останавливались на 1 ночь, в отеле только переночевали. Отель приятный, хороший ремонт, очень чисто, в номере есть всё, в том числе тапки и халаты. Хорошие завтраки, персонал был приветливым. В 5-7 минутах ходьбы метро и Sky Walk

ที่พักดีมากค่ะ มีที่จอดรถ ห้องพักสะอาดห้องน้ำสวย แล้วโรงแรมมี Rooftop ชิวมาก มีอาหารนักร้องดีด้วย บรรยากาศดีมากค่ะ

香港から旅行で来た友人と共に宿泊しました。 シーロムエリアでBTS Chong Nonsi駅も近いのでロケーションは申し分なしです。 部屋も清潔で必要なアメニティは揃っています。シャワー室の排水の匂いが若干気になる程度。 但し難点は私が泊まった部屋は窓の外が通路になっていて、夜も人の往来がありドキッとすること。また、防音が良くなく、隣？屋上のバー？の騒音が深夜3時くらいまで聞こえて来て、気になる人は眠れないと思います。

這家真的太差了，晚上一兩點外面還在唱歌和放音樂，根本睡不着，而且提前溝通想退房一夜，也不同意，白白浪費一晚房費！

唯一的缺點就是沒有窗户，通道也比較窄，位置倒是挺方便的。總體説來還是可以的，下次有機會再去入住。服務員態度挺好的。
