Ulasan The Chatbox Silom Hostel

You really just get what you pay for; a no frills hostel for those who just wants a place to lie their head for a few hours each day. The bedsheets, blankets and the mattresses need to be thrown out and new ones needs to be bought. The middle of my mattress was sunk in and I was basically sleeping on top of a wooden board. The toilets need cleaning and the windows were full of dust. There’s basically no one at the reception most of the time, check in was done just through WeChat and they will just ask you to grab the key from behind the counter while they monitor you through the CCTV. The place is dark and the walls are broken and have been patched with wallpaper.

It was a really good place to stay. It’s in a very nice area, which feels very safe, even at night to come back to as two women we had no problem at all. The place was pristinely clean and the staff incredibly happy to help with anything. We loved our experience there

Overall, the place was decent. However, the lower bunk in the fully occupied double-decker bed was less than ideal, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective (it was warm). The bathroom cleanliness also needs improvement. Despite these points, it was still a good value for the money.

Had nice time staying in this Hostel. I definitely recommend staying in this hostel.

Recommended for solo travelers. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The shared rooms are spacious and cozy.

The place is completely dirty, unusable bathrooms, place without employees, I had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The employee who attended me didn't speak English and was very unpleasant, he didn't know anything about my stay. My worst experience as a guest definitely.

คุ้มค่ามากค่ะ อุปกรณ์ห้องครัวมีให้ครบทำให้เราไม่ต้องทานนอกที่พักบ่อยๆ เราสามารถสั่งแกรปได้สะดวก สถานที่ใกล้บีทีเอสแต่ไม่ถึงกับไกลมาก เดินทางสะดวกหรือจะนั่งวินราคา 20 บาทก็ได้ค่ะ ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ร้านหมูกระทะที่อยู่หน้าปากซอย ถ้าเราหิวก็เดินไปกินได้ ขอบคุณค่ะ
