Hotel terbaik di Bangkok

It was really a satisfying stay at NAP Hotel. The location is perfect, near distance to Pratunam mall and Siam square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. Me and my friends were very happy! Will book again if I am coming to Bangkok! 🥰

Unclean room when going to bed on the first day, dirty room, air conditioner, hear the smell of dirt coming from the air conditioner, bathroom, old appliances, shower head is rusty, when entering the second day, the air conditioner still smells like soil. That does not clean at all, stick the tape against the wood

The hotel is not bad for the price, unlimited bottles of drinking water you can have in the lobby. They provide a kitchen for you to cook your own food. The location may be the hotel a bit new, many taxis don't know the exact place. For my room, the housekeeping left a bottle of cleaning detergent and a cleaning cloth on my bedside table when I enter the room for dinner, ha...ha...a little minors point.

The Rooms and the hotel are very very clean and everything looks newand stylish. The shower, sink, all fittings and even the remote control for the toilet shower is from villeroy und boch. It was an small room but with an big double bed and a big TV. No noise from the streets. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Deposit of THB1,000 applies. I booked the Deluxe Corner Room which was large. The amenities include a big bath tub, a sofa and a nice working table. The air conditioning was good, water pressure strong, room was clean, bed comfortable and I had 4 nights of comfortable sleep. Walking distance to Benjakitty park which is a large outdoor park in Bangkok for recreation and exercise. It's 5 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 shopping center. You can connect to other parts of Bangkok. A convenient stay and I shall be back.

Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :( Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street. Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃

Saya menaiki teksi ke hotel. Saya membelok ke jalan dan kemudian berpusing baht diperlukan. Sangat mudah untuk memesan bawa pulang dan mengambil makanan, dan juga mudah untuk berjalan ke Paragon Biliknya tidak besar, dan bilik mandi dan tandas adalah bersama-sama dan agak sempit, saya rasa saya tidur dengan nyenyak, dan saya tidak diganggu tengah malam.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from major shopping areas in pratanum (pratunam night market, platinum shopping mall, central world, big c). Accessible train station: 8min walking distance from Ratchaprarop Station and 12min walking distance to Phaya Thai BTS station. Front desk was very welcoming. Greeting with the warmest smile and has good english. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Concierge was very helpful. Concierge went the extra mile and helped me speak to the Bolt driver when the pinning of the area for pick up was inaccurate (there was a minor problem with gps coordinates during that time).

Location is great , very convenient . Downstair got Thai massage and walking distance to 711 and night market , that’s great . But there is lack of soundproofing in this hotel . Overall not bad and will stay again ;)
