Tej worst hotel I have ever been. You have to pay by cash they don’t give you any receipt they take deposit about they don’t inform in advance. The boss only wants money… we go there they give as a room after we saw mould, dirt, broken air conditioning, weird smell and refurbishment of a hotel which does not even have a reception desk…. We asked for changing the room It differed with nothing but the air conditioning was working we aske for refund money because we will not stay in this hotel the bosse said that she will only refund deposit… cheater …. So we lost some money but we changed the hotel to a cheaper and much better. I’m just warned only the swimming pool is nice as we went to see but the water was cold 😂

I was there couple of months ago and I did understand that this is a condo not a hotel, So if you expecting for Hotel service forget it. Personally I love this apartment, location, room design, and the security were perfect. However I was not ready to receive no service. I stayed there for 5 days without room cleaning service, Linen changes or even toiletries refill. Lucky I spent most of my time outside so I just use it for sleep only. No one can tell you what you should do or don't, I paid for guarantee deposit 500 bath but when I checked out no one at the lobby and no one could return my deposit to me that was the worst part.
