The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

Caring and Service oriented staffs (from check in staffs to the cafe staffs) 15mins walk from Sam Yan metro. Along the stretch of shop houses you will see coffee cafe ,street food etc even a male barber shop and 7-11 too. Great hotel with resort style serenity atmosphere We love the jacuzzi and the gym facilities.

Breakfast options could’ve been way better considering I’ve stayed there for a few nights. The location is in a small alley but during midnight, it gets really (like really) noisy, not sure where the noise comes from. Pillows are not super comfortable. At least the TV has english channels

A lot of CONS: Extremely small room, never saw such a small hotel room. Lot of mosquitos. Terrible breakfast. Bad location. PRO: Quiet. Friendly staff. Just wondering why there are so many positive reviews? Anyway I will never book this hotel again.

stayed here 5x now, great room and facilities, water is hot. Staff super friendly and the location is great lots to eat locally and a 15 minute walk to the MRT and the Mall

The staff here were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was generous and of good variety especially all the fresh fruit. Rooms are comfortable and pool a nice bonus

The hotel is not super big but it is very nearby to all the major attractions in Bangkok(with 2-3 kms all like The Grand Palace, Wat Po, Nana Plaza, Chutchak market, silom city mall, Sky walk etc). Its a good and economical hotel to stay. Staff was very good and they also supported us in keeping our luggage in the locker for additional hours considering our flight was in night.

This is amazing hotel by the prize. We celebrate our 1st Christmas at here from there restaurant all kind and all helpful service every part at this place so bravo for me. The front cannot speak thai every one here almost foreigner So happy. Merry Christmas 2023 🎄🎄🎄

During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered a few issues that I believe need attention. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool effectively, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, I found the layout of the building to be confusing and inconvenient to navigate.

Good to stay. And Front office amd HK service very efficient. Room.was cleaned. Nice and convenient.

We were satisfied with our time at iSanook but not super impressed. There was a water leak in our room during the first night which they fixed for us quickly. The bed sheets had some mild stains on them. The location is good, but expect to walk about 20 minutes to get to any international restaurants or shopping areas. The local food on the street by the hotel was very good, though. There is also laundry service opposite the hotel, and the cafe had decent sandwiches. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel because we thought it would be better (and cheaper) to get food outside. We like the place overall but may choose a different hotel in the future, should we visit Bangkok again.
