Ulasan Greenery Hostel

This guesthouse is really beautiful and unique, with lush greenery and a strong Thai vibe. The price is great too. The owner speaks a little Chinese and is very hospitable. It's a quiet oasis in a lively area, with several 7-Eleven stores nearby. It's less than a 15-minute walk to the BTS station. On the way to the BTS from the back exit, there are lots of street vendors at night selling delicious food!

Tucked away in a small alley in urban Bangkok, the immediate surroundings can be a bit chaotic, and finding a taxi is difficult, though motorbike taxis are fine. However, the Greenery accommodation area itself boasts a quiet, Nanyang-style ambiance. Early check-in is hit or miss, but at least it's free. The room quality is pretty standard for what you'd expect at this price point in China.

The environment was clean and tidy, and the entire guesthouse had a vintage feel. The service attitude was excellent, and the old lady at the front desk even spoke Chinese. There are many great food options nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Thailand.

The environment was okay, but my room on the first floor was a bit noisy, especially the sound of laundry. The bathroom was also very small. Everything else was fine. Perhaps other rooms would be quieter.

The hostel is very nice overall! The service is excellent, thank you Allie for all your kind assistance! It’s quiet, calm and beautiful. We only had two big towels for the two of us, so a small hand towel for the bathroom and hand soap would have been nice. Great experience overall!

i love the place, is very clean and quiet. only one thing is have mosquito inside the room and the hair dryer a bit old style. Anyway, i will stay here again if i come back to bangkok.

Second time staying here, this time I came with friends for a trip. We stayed in a double room; it was very spacious, the layout was nice, and it was also very clean. We had a pleasant stay!~ ^_^

Best location. Great atmosphere. There are many international tourists here and almost no Thais. You can easily visit other interesting places from here since motorcycle taxis are just about 20 steps away and very cheap. All the staff are kind, and they can speak both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. Oh, you can buy a variety of Thai food just around the corner on Soi Petchburi 5 at cheap and reasonable prices if you want to experience a more local Thai environment.

Tucked away in a corner, the location is really inconvenient and off the beaten path. It's down a small alley, making it very difficult for cars to get in. There were also a few young guys hanging out by the entrance every night.

For 200, this room is pretty good – very clean and quite spacious. The hotel environment is lovely too, with beautiful greenery. However, all that greenery brings a downside: a few ants. At night, you might even spot geckos in the hallway, but rest assured, none in the room. The biggest issue, though, is the poor soundproofing. When someone upstairs closes their door a bit too hard, it feels like the whole building shakes. 🥲

We had a pleasant stay! The place is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing break. We also appreciated the nearby food stalls, which made grabbing a quick bite super convenient. Though it was a bit challenging for Grab drivers to navigate the area, we still liked the location overall. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, which added a warm touch to our experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Everything about this place is great, I stay here every time I visit Bangkok. There are tons of street food options nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the MRT station.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I love it. It’s in the perfect location, lots of amazing restaurants nearby plus many convenience stores, and very close to metro stations which is ideal. Very easy to check in and a very safe hotel with all of the buildings needing a fob to get in!
