Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly

Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

i love staying in movenpick they always surprise us , we celebrated my husbands birthday they surprise us when we come back from tour they give my husband a small cake and a bed of roses .. we are so happy , and we also love the food they serve every morning in breakfast buffet .. We will surely comeback .. movenpick is the best choice there is also atm machines nearby and a lot of Clothes store nearby and restaurants ..

Hotel stuff very nice. Location is well located what means it’s quite but close to Terminal 21, the Party streets and Asok MRT station. Recommended.

Hotel locate at convenient location. There is Boat and BTS nearby. Hotel even provides free tuk tuk shuttle services to Terminal 21 for in-house guests.

Terrible location I was stuck in the jammed while coming to this hotel. The towel are unclean and check in processes is so slow and late. But there is a chocolate hours that served good bakery

I had a very good stay at Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15. The location is excellent, close to BTS and Terminal 21. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in and check out - Smooth. Need to pay extra bucks if asked for any request in these timimgs Rooms - spacious and clean. But old style interiors doesn’t give luxury feel but overall good. Breakfast- didn’t take so can’t comment Swimming pool size- small at terrace. View is nice. Amenities- Good and supportive staff Overall nice stay and location at good price.

bedding and towels too old need to change. rooms lightings need to upgrade, too dark. main door not in good shape pls check room 3405.need to close hard and check b4 leaving. blk C lobby got sewerage smell and lucky it doesn't rain as you need to walk in under unsheleter pathway to main lobby to get taxi. Quite inconvenient best not to stay in suite room at blk C. Security not tight in this hotel Lift don't need scan card can goes up to any level. breakfast at level 1 is not good.,beside hotel there is 7/11 and 7mins walk to let's relax masssage. Taxi 8mins to emquarter, gourmet supermarket and many restaurants in this mall basement. Not so crowded as siam paragon but many stalls sell same brand as found in siam paragon Dusit central park is another nice place to shop .

The room was clean and staff was welcoming. The location was not bad but was quite far away from the main road and sidewalks were partly absent. The executive room size was quite small, pool was average, breakfast was okay, the chocolate hour was below any expectations.

Had a great stay at Movenpick 15. It’s located 5 mins walk from the main street, and 10 mins to Bts. Happy with the amenities for the price we paid for. Breakfast had a good selection El Gaucho steakhouse nearby was great.

My stay at the Movenpick Hotel was good, the employee and all the employees were friendly, I asked them to extend the check-out time and they accepted my request with open arms. But I have a comment on the cleanliness of the room in general and the bathroom. There was dust and ants in the room. The color of the bed and bed covers changed from white to gray, and the covers and pillows had an unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter because it is considered a five-star hotel, and cleanliness and health are among the hotel’s priorities and the pursuit of guest comfort. However, I did not see this in this hotel, and I will not stay in this hotel again for these reasons.
