Good hotel, great bed! A bit disappointed that the pool bar is closed

Very clean, tidy hotel of a decent standard representing good value for money. Lovely little rooftop pool which is generally very quiet with small gym alongside. Good breakfast buffet which, again, is generally quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. I’d be quite happy to revisit this hotel as I can’t think of any cons.

My family and I booked 3 rooms on the third floor and there is a disturbing noise from the nightclub from 4 am to 8 am every day and it is located on the second floor and there are cockroaches in the water pipes of the shower area and I contacted the reception and I did not find any solution. They told me to sleep in the room today and tomorrow they will change it without any compensation.

He didn’t let me check in until I give him a 1000 bhat I told him okay but I have it in my luggage so can I make check in and go to my room only luggage and give it to you he say no if you don’t like go away now or give me your passport until you bring me 1000 baht so I went out side to take it from ATM machine and that charge me for 220 baht ☹️ so bad experience and so bad service

Hotel after 7pm it's very dark intentionally switch off the lights in the hotel lobby area as well over all the hotel lighting arrangement is poor always very dark

We have Good experience staff is Good polite and her room is cleaned and window and outside for you have air condition. We are 95% the service and Hotel

Room is dark. See spots on bedsheet Hotel only give one key when check in but I asked for 2. However, they said they run out of keys. Went for breakfast at near MacD after the first nite, we are not able to go back to my room using the one room key. Went over to the front counter, they said they could have mistaken that we checked out the hotel. Duh?! We book 3 nites. When back in the room, realised that one of the luggage number lock is being tampered. We check out immediately to another hotel tat very same day. Lousy experience on the whole. Lousy

not so far from BTS sky train nana station. food mostly is halal ( Islam food) hotel is clean house keeper are nice , staff very helpful

一切都還可以

這個酒店的一樓和二樓是酒吧，名字是dana pub每天夜裡從凌晨四點一直會吵到凌晨六點半，是非常劇烈的音樂聲。給前台打電話前台直接掛掉電話

酒店設施有點老舊，熱水器時冷時熱，大堂有一陣怪味，位置在NANA***，隔音設施不佳，晚上會有音樂聲音
